What's the most exotic meat you've eaten?

Rattle snake meat once when I was in Arizona.

Buffalo. It's pretty darn amazing.

My experience was that it was dry and kinda... off.

On topic, shark steak (I think it was Sand Shark) is amazing stuff.

Other than those two about the only even slightly exotic meat I remember eating was Spanish Lobster... not to be confused with normal lobsters...

I've had alligator jerky, and buffalo (in the form of steak and burgers). Alligator tastes sort of like chicken. I've heard people say it tastes closer to duck. As for buffalo, imagine the best tasting beef you've ever had but with a slight aftertaste.

Kangaroo i guess. but that isnt that exotic.

Someone mentioned shark. Isnt flake, shark and isnt flake like the fish you get from fish and chip shops? if so ive had shark too.

its a tossup between crocodile and ostrich. its a hard choice to decide which one i liked more though.

Rattlesnake. It tasted somewhat, but not exactly, like some sort of poultry. I liked it.

Kangaroo meat. But it isn't considered that exotic here in Australia. Tasted like beef.

I'm pretty ignorant of Australian culture, are kangaroos a commonly farmed animal? Ive never considered it before, I just assumed it was similar to deer in my area. An animal mostly left alone aside from hunting season and uncommonly farmed for meat.

Probably a toss-up between alligator and jellyfish. I don't recommend either, though in fairness the alligator probably wasn't terribly well prepared.

The way the ecology of the oceans is going, though, we might do well to get used to eating jellyfish, which is a pretty sad thought.

Something about eating the tongue of an animal disturbs me.

Smoked bull tongue is quite delicious. Kinda tastes like smoked ham.

OT: Kangaroo is the most exotic thing that I have eaten. I haven't really been a lot of places in my life time, and none of the exotic at that.

I've had Rocky Mountain Oysters before, even though it comes from cows which aren't particularly exotic. But I mean really, how many of you can say you've had testicle before? A manlier dish doesn't exist.

Rocky Mountain Oysters are surprisingly quite good. I ate them breaded along with a Buffalo Cheeseburger a few years ago, it was delicious.

EDIT: I've also had chicken heart. That's pretty good too.
