I've had:

Ostrich
Venison (Deer)
Crocodile
Kangaroo
wild boar (and it was wild, not farmed)
Reindeer

my sisters more exotic tho, she's tried pretty much everything that comes out of the ocean
(shark, blowfish, whale etc) but I can't eat fish so I have to draw the line somewhere!

Fried shark, it was greasy and a little undercooked. I've also had eel and octopus if you consider those exotic. The weirdest thing I've ever eaten is chicken heart.

Kangaroo, alligator and crocodile, rattlesnake. If, by "exotic", you mean "unusual", I grew up in the Ozarks and have also eaten squirrel, raccoon, 'possum, and snapping turtle (You eat what you can catch, alright?)

I've tried Suyuk (boiled dog meat) while in Seoul. It tasted kinda like a mix of pork and mutton, and they served it with some of the skin attached (which was a bit too chewy for my liking).

To be fair, while it didn't blow me away, it really wasn't that bad.

A dog - I'm not sure what dog, what part of the dog, where the dog came from, nothing - all I know is that it was a dog. I think my stomach now resents me - how do Asian people eat that stuff...? Don't get me wrong, it wasn't half-bad, but... seriously. If you're a person who can say, "I had roasted beagle last night for dinner", you deserve a medal.
As far as I'm aware, the dogs most often used in cooking are specially breed like livestock (unless it was a particularly shady restaurant). I can't remember the name of them in Korean, but I know they're not really kept as pets.

Edit: Found it, it's called the Nureongi [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nureongi], though I'm not entirely sure how that's pronounced.

I have eaten buffalo and alligator

they are both similar to beef in taste and texture, buffalo is stronger in flavor and can be a bit salty where as alligator is milder and leaner

I have also eaten Japanese Kobe beef (super expensive!)Personally I didn't really care for it over regular beef though...

my dad can top that though he is a big sushi/sashmi lover and visted Japan on a buissness trip (before the big earthquake) he and his group had sushi for dinner one night and there was this one he tried but he could not figure out what it was so he asked and it turns out it was whale sushi! :O
he also ate this gross koren dish that is made of rotten fish XP (I swear he will eat just about anything)

Unless you consider lamb, pork, chicken, or beef exotic I haven't eaten any exotic meats.

And that makes me sad.

edit: I have had squid a couple times. But I don't know how exotic that is.
