I believe some dictator once accused Mercenaries 2 as being meant to cause his people to turn against him. I don't remember his name or what country he ruled so I can't get a direct quote but I remember reading about it.

Though, I don't know where you live, so I can't speak for your government, but my nation is still losing soldiers in Afghanistan, so might not be seen as all that anti-war.

The west tends to act like a hegemony, though it does more or less have the monopoly on long distance deployment of troops...for all the fears about China, it is a fairly stay-at-home evil menace to our way of life/trading partner.
