My shortest relationship was also my first one. I asked her out, she was all happy and stuff, like really happy, said yes...and then 24 hours later it was a different story.

Basically "I'm not so sure if it will all work out."

So it was over in a day. Kinda depressed me a bit at the time seeing as it was my first, and I'd spent a while winning her over and then built up the courage to ask her out, and I was happy and hopeful when she said yes, but then BAM! over.

So basically I wanna hear yours as well.

one week. My second girlfriend. I ask her out, she says yes, goes on holiday for three days, comes back, we have a great time for the next three days, then i get a text saying she feels awkward and its over. It was a great week. I spent the entire weekend wasted afterwards

About 40 minutes. Haha it is so funny now I think of it. There was a guy who I had a crush on in primary school and in grade 9, he came to my high school. I told my friends and they went and asked him out for me. He said yes. This was at morning tea. We went back to class and I wrote him a note how I said I wasn't comfortable enough to have a bf yet so I found him at lunch time. He gave me a hug and I gave him the note. That was the end. Geez kids are stupid...

My shortest (and first) relationship was 1-2 years o.o then we broke up because of distance and miscommunication, but we might actually be getting back together sometime

A month for me. She was a bar hopper, I wasn't. I tried it, I was a wall flower. Not a good combination. *shrug* She must have liked me if she tried it for so long.

Three weeks. She was religious, I was cool with this as her previous boyfriend was pretty graphic about 'fun' they had had before they broke up. I gave it a shot as she was nice enough then out of the blue she text me (I know...) asking me if I was religious too. I said I'm agnostic but heading towards atheism, partially knowing what she would talk about next. She, apparently, had been talking to her pastor about our relationship, (our being the key word), and he told her that for two people to truly have a fully functioning relationship they had to have the same beliefs. I simply replied with, I accept you for who you are blah blah to which she said, "I feel like a tool...are you ok?" I was still laughing about her usage of the term 'tool' when I simply text back, "Yeah, I'm okay, but not with your take on what some stranger has to say on our relationship. It's not gonna work out if you believe someone else over me." Ending it through texts as she was trying to do.

I know this was a rather long post, but I felt context was needed :D

To think, I was starting to like her...

Mine was almost an exact copy of yours, but as far as I remember, it lasted two days instead of one before she decided she prefers to be friends.

The shortest I had when we were "officially" a couple was just under three months. But she broke up with me by cutting off all contact and asking my friend to tell me it's over... Made me feel like a... Well, I certainly wasn't excited about that.

Two weeks, in middle school... a girl had a crush on me, hell froze over, and we went out. Problem was, I had no romantic feelings for her, and didn't seem to be developing any. Honestly, I found her kind of annoying at the time. I realized it would only make things worse if I kept up the facade, so I called it off. She was a bit hurt, as is to be expected, but we became friends later on down the road.

The universe has also seen fit to ensure that no girl ever has a crush on me again. D:

I've had a few....romantic liaisons that only lasted the night. But the shortest "relationship", in the sense that I intended to see this person on multiple occasions, lasted 3 days. It wasn't a bad breakup, mostly because I didn't have the time to get too attached. Good thing too, because she was clearly lying when she gave me the reason that she wanted to breakup.

About 4 months, i was 16 at the time and the girl was depressed/emo/something, i decided that going out with someone who said "kurt cobain is my idol and i'm gonna commit suicide at 27 just like he did" was bad for my well-being hahaha...

She was kinda nice sometimes but mostly seeing the worst in things, i got tired of it, pretty fast :)

Ooh, the second one you mentioned has gotta suck...but the first one you mentioned - you lasted longer than me.
