For me its the part in Silent Hill 2 when you come across what appears to be Pyramid Head raping two of the other 'leg' monsters.

Creepy as hell.

The only thing I can think of at the moment is Dr Steinmans scene in bio shock. If you've played the game you'll know what I mean. (By the way, I hear there is worse stuff in the game, but I haven't played that far into it yet)

I walked in on my brother playing fallout 3 once.
You may or may not know what i'm talking about
But the first kinda town place has a drug addict woman, who from what i recall may be a prostitute. You can blackmail her by saying you'll talk to the bar owner in megatron.
And what my brother had done was killed her, took off her cloths, cut off her limbs and head and arrange them on a bed with other items.
I wasn't really freaked out at that moment and he was, but now that it think about.

Theres a bar inside Megatron?! Awesome! Think of the episodes it could make! Transformers: Megatron gets shut down after a glassing incedent inside his body!

I can't think of a specific scene but I remember a lot of the cutscenes from Parasite Eve 1 & 2 left me with the "O_O" or "8O" expressions just because they actually were kind of gruesome, for a PS1 game.

Well i just looked it up. I saw some pictures too. That game looks freaky. Especially since i just saw a picture with a pale naked eyeless person with an axe and a male reproductive organ that looks like its been chewed on by a dog. Sick...
