Whats the sickest thing youve seen in a game?

For me, the thing that sort of 'threw me off' the most must have been another moment in Oblivion, near the end of the Dark Brotherhood questline.
I'm sure anyone that's seen it already knows what I'm talking about.
It's the moment you walk in to the farmhouse to meet <can't remember guy's name>, and find the other four members of the Black Hand who've strung his mutilated corpse upside down from the roof.
Sure, the graphics aren't great, but the scene as a whole hit me pretty hard, especially since I didn't notice 's body hanging there until I'd been in the building for quite a while.

If I remember right, you can saw through a persons neck with fiber wire, then use a plastic bag to carry it round to use as a distraction, by throwing it.

That was hilarious. My friend was playing the game and i was sitting on the coach and all of a sudden the guy with the bag on his head ran up and chainsawed him. I laughed it was just so random.

I walked in on my brother playing fallout 3 once.
You may or may not know what i'm talking about
But the first kinda town place has a drug addict woman, who from what i recall may be a prostitute. You can blackmail her by saying you'll talk to the bar owner in megatron.
And what my brother had done was killed her, took off her cloths, cut off her limbs and head and arrange them on a bed with other items.
I wasn't really freaked out at that moment and he was, but now that it think about.

I butchered raiders several times in that game. I once made it so after I was finished with this town filled with about 8 of them, I dragged all of their bodies to a ledge, and sliced off their heads, and threw their bodies in a pile down bellow and let the heads roll to the bottom of a hill. I've done a few others as well. Basically I feel it's my characters message of what he will do to others.
