I've beaten someone until they werr unconsious, then I beat them some more (Bruises, broken bones, ect. I dont remember it too clearly). Dont make me angry, it would be a frightening thing- for both of us.

I think I broke someones shoulder... I should explain, in a rugby game I tackled someone, who had to subsequently taken off, holding his shoulder, before being taken away by a women (presumably his mother). Thats and I did here a crunch when we landed.

One time my sister tapped my back as I was standing on a balcony, sort of like a fake-out. So I swung around and punched her in the face almost immediately. Her tooth came out. I didn't even know I'd done it until she hit the ground...

We used to play a game of grab each other by a limb and throw them as high as possible, we collectively broke my friends wrist.

Other than that just general punches and that, don't know exact damage but doubt its alot.

Nothing I can remember. I'm serious, I hate violence and can't bring myself to hurting someone else. That, and I have muscles like crackers.

Oh Jesus, this is going to make me look awful.

I broke some kid's wrists, I broke another kid's wrist, I smashed someone's head into a fusebox during a fight (I won,) I've knocked someone unconscious by kicking them in the head (he were taunting me. For an hour. I warned him,) I nearly strangled someone unconscious, (he was being bothersome,) and I've stabbed people with various objects of various sharpness (most of them deserved it.)

...This really isn't as bad as it looks.
It's worse, 'cause those are just the really bad ones...
holy shit! someone should make a movie about you! it'll be a action/adventure biopic!

...as for me im not really violent unless im pushed. i remember getting into several fights with one of my cousins for that reason, and when i get angry i tend to go completely batshit.

Mental, emotional, or physical?
Im sorry but I need more info about what kinds of injuries.
Probably just stick with physical.

If we go into mental...

Is killing an injury?
No.
But whatever caused the killing is technically an injury, albeit an extremely fatal one.

Nicely done, at least you stick up for yourself. Just write those off self-defence. If really pushed, 'pre-emptive self defence' comes into play :D

OT: Kicked a guy in the nuts so hard he was lifted off the floor by almost a foot. I told him I would, and he had spent the last half an hour throwing bits of twig at me. My god how he crumpled. I was bullied years 1 through 4, so just before moving away to where I am now I broke the bastards nose for him. I think he enjoyed my leaving present, as he was talking about it for weeks afterwards.
Back then, I didn't bother justifying my actions. I had really poor impulse-control.

Also, getting kicked there is not pleasant.
At all.

That's not bad at all. Those kids (at least half of the ones you mentioned) deserved it, so when I went back and read that, I just thought that was awesome.
Perhaps. But I managed to do some serious damage to some of them.
I'd say "it haunts me," but that's a lie - I don't really care.

Don't worry Max, only the people who don't know you will be surprised.
OT: I once made my friend's face bleed in 4 spots because I slammed him into some ice.
There is that...
And now the ones who didn't know me can get to!
Hey, they learned early on that actions have consequences, and now they have a nice little souvenir from the experience.

I threw my brother down some steps when I was..12ish but he was fine.
When I was 9 I took my brother and slammed his head into a was as hard as I could and he cried badly.
Almost drowned a baby (by accident of course)
stepped on my friends dog.....whoops
hit my dad in the...ummm nuts by accident and he started yelling
cut my sister's wrist with a disc

(these aren't the worst but I just listed what I could think of)

I managed to knock my cousin out for about ten seconds and chip his tooth at the same time. Doesnt sound too bad but I did it with a foam pillow.

Um... *thinks hard* I once almost socked a guy in the face but my better judgment managed to stifle my rage enough that I just gave him a bear hug.

You don't need to be strong to hurt someone - style over strength will work almost every time.
Out of pure, slightly twisted interest (the best kind of interest!) what is the best way to win a fight? Like, go crazy, measured solid attacks or a mix? Or a weapon?

And when (hopefully) should you stop attacking them?

I've never actually been in a fight, though I'm pretty sure I will be in one eventually (had several close calls), but I have no idea how well I'd do/what size of opposition I'd be able to take.
