Biggest injury, 8 years ago. - bit grim -
Got footswept at school, landed heavily on my hip, no big deal I thought, over the next several weeks I developed a limp and a pain in my left knee.
One day tried to walk up some steps, - bam, total agony, fell to the ground, spent nearly 2 hours waiting for an ambulance, then took 5 hours for them to realise at hospital that the problem was actually my hip - referred pain in my knee.
Left hip dislocated, as it did the growth plate detached from the ball of the hip (was only 12 at the time, so this was a big issue). So, Ball and socket joint - ball out of socket.
8 weeks immobile with my leg in a sling, then a 7 hour operation (have a foot long scar) where they sliced my hip open, used a bone hammer to crack off about a third of the hip joint to force it back into the socket, then fired a pin up along my leg to hold the joint together.
7 months out of school, couldn't walk for 6 months, then took about 6 months to rehabilitate, unable to do anything more than walk on my leg for three years... and I was gonna be captain of the bloody school rugby team too.
Next year they pinned my other hip in case that dislocated as well.
Funny, to this day whenever I talk about/type about it I feel my hip tingling.
But yeha, there's mine. Just as well chicks dig scares right?

Broken wrist while doing PE at school about 4 years ago, hurt like a mother fucker as some of you will be able to appreciate. Required surgery, and still have the metal plate in it to this day, i have an ugly scar on my wrist and it clicks when i move it sometimes.
I bumped the second-to-smallest toe on my left foot against a fitness machine kind of hard. I think I broke it. It was kind of painful. Woe is me ;<
I tore my right arm muscle apart from straining it too much. history:
I was at this summer camp and we were canoeing, but the lazy a** wannabe model b*tch they forced me into the canoe with didn't wanna strain her self too much in fear of getting "ugly visible muscles" on her arms so me and my terribly weak arms had to take us both around the lake and steer tha damned thing too so my muscles got torn and I couldn't use my right arm for almost 2 weeks.

Funny thing is the worst thing I ever got was when my sister pushed me into a sharp corner leaving a scar, other than that no broken bones, or ruined organs/extremities.
While skiing in fourth grade.......
I hit a patch of ice while racing down the mountain. I lost control and did a yard sale, yet I would not stop sliding at the same speed I was racing down the mountain. The trail turned, I did not. I hit the treeline. I hit a tree with my back (knocked unconscious with that one), a rock with my head (thank God for helmets), fell off a little ~5 foot cliff and landed in a bush. I only know what happened because my friend and other witnesses told me, I only remember looking up the mountain and then black. I got to ride down in one of those orange emergency sleds and went on to the hospital.
Weird thing is that despite hitting that tree hard enough to be knocked unconscious and being in a massive amount of pain, I didn't even get a bruise.
I also jumped off a swing and ripped off half my ear while landing. Thank god for sewing.

I fell sideways off a slide when I was 2 years old. I guess I tried breaking the fall but I broke my wrist instead.
I broke my ankle when I was 8 or 10 from jumping into my pool. I landed wrong and it swelled over night and I didnt know it was broke until the next morning. Besides that, I've broken my ankles from tripping in high heels while in high school.
My last broken body part was when my horse stepped on my foot, while getting him out of the trailer at home, at night. Crushed it so bad I still have nerve damage. I knew where my feet were, I was standing next to him, but apparently he was mad at me and picked up his foot & set it RIGHT on top of mine. Like he moved over and stepped on me.

Well, i'm sure i dislocated my leg once, but as i can't remember it, i can't count it. I also have a scar on my testicles but like hell i'm telling THAT story on the internet. I'm forced to say my finger which was snapped and is now pointing the wrong way. Seriously, my finger it pointing the wrong way. The index finger on my left hand was snapped by someone twisting it, and now when i close my fist into a ball, it sticks out. Hurt like a *****. Least i can point round corners now as my dad so helpfully said...

When I was around 7-10 years old (can't really remember) I was running back to the house after a rain storm slipped in mud and smashed my teeth on cement steps. I had numerous teeth chips in my lips causing lots of pain and blood.
Then a couple weeks later I had to get a root canal, which then lead into braces. (which i'm still wearing now) I hate them.

Worst one I've ever had was losing most of the sight in one of my eyes in a transphobia-motivated assault. Press didn't give a shit since, y'know, I was only out at school (not to my batshit-mental parents) and I didn't actually die, so yeah. That hurt a bit more. They wanted fucking martyrs.

OT: I dunno, ligament damage in my right ankle. I think it was much worse than any of the (many) bones that I've broken, some of which are set at awkward angles as they broke clean through.
