For those of you nerds (like me) who already know the what alignment you are, sound off here and let the world know. If you don't, take this quick quiz and see what you think. Do you agree with what your alignment says about you or is it just a load of crap? I'm lawful good on paper but neutral good in the day to day. How about you?

Neutral. About what I expected. Although, other unofficial tests I've taken have almost invariably given me Chaotic Good.

I always considered myself of the Lawful Neutral, but according to the quiz I am true neutral.

Never really cared for D&D's black and white alignment system.

The better question is: Which alignment is Batman?

(I'm chaotic good by the way, though chaotic neutral is sometimes just too much fun to resist)

Do you even need to ask? Batman is definitely Chaotic Good.
But doesn't he describe himself and his role as "Vengeance" and "The Night"? He operates completely without authority, punishing anyone who dares to defy his view on how the world should work. Clearly he is Lawful Evil.

True Neutral. There's an even longer quiz here that determines not only your alignment, but your race and class as well. I find myself generally getting True Neutral there as well, as well as being a sorcerer.

This is true, but as he justifies his world view, he is working towards, in his eyes, at least, the greater good. That's the definition of Chaotic Good: working towards a personal moral goal, regardless of the consequences. Lawful Evil is more of an Al Capone archetype: not going out and killing everyone, but working evilly in the shadows and abusing the system.

Based on your answers to the quiz, your character?s most likely alignment is Lawful Neutral.

Lawful Neutral

A lawful neutral character acts as law, tradition, or a personal code directs her. Order and organisation are paramount to her. She may believe in personal order and live by a code or standard, or she may believe in order for all and favour a strong, organised government. The common phrase for lawful neutral is "true lawful." Lawful neutral is the best alignment you can be because it means you are reliable and honourable without being a zealot.

Although, I've always thought of myself as more of a mix of Good Neutral, and True Neutral. Well, I guess this is just for this one game, right?

I got Neutral. I really have always viewed myself as Lawful Neutral.

You should really listen to my friends argue over the alignment system then.

Neutral Good with Lawful tendencies (I've taken the test more than once).

Or alternately, Blue. Or Wisdom>Honor>Glory. Or Science+/Bioconservativism-/Personal Growth+.

(Point if you can name all three games.)

Apparently I'm lawful good, and I'm hardly surprised at that. But I'd rate myself more as neutral good with chaotic good elements, as tradition doesn't have much of an affect on me.
