I usually go to bed some time around 2-4 AM. Mainly because I'm not super social and the night is the only time no one can bother me.

Well, whenever I please, really.

Which means usually around 2-2:30 am. Then up again at 7 or 9 am depending on which day of the week it is, and 1-2 pm on weekends.

I recharge my life at weekends...

I dont really have a bed time, I go when I decide I want to. Although if I have a lecture at 9 the next day I have to get up at 6.30 due to travel time, so I try not to stay up past midnight. But at the weekends or when i have time off i'll usually go to bed between 4am-7am.

Don't particularly have a bed time. I just usually go to sleep whenever I feel like it. Usually around 6am-12pm or so is when I usually call a quits and get some rest. Otherwise, I just stay up for a few days straight.

my enitre childhood I was made to go to bed at 9pm except on weekends and holidays so for the most part I still go to bed around 9pm.Unless I have something to do that keeps me up then I may not go to bed till about midnight or 1 am.

Well when I had no cares I did like a 26-28 hour schedule where my bedtime would work it's way around the clock.

But now I work the over night shift at a pharmacy so either 8am if right after work or 1pm if before.

Depends on what time I feel tired, which sometimes takes days. If I have lectures at 9a.m I try to go to bed at 11ish, but probably end up falling asleep at 2ish 3ish in the morning.

I like to be in bed by about 3-4, because I can then comfortably get up before midday. I intensely dislike going to bed before midnight as it feels way too early.

I usual time to sleep/waking up is 11.30pm- 9.25am. However lately I have been waking up around 8.00am and can't get back to sleep. So yeah I am a bit more tried lately.

I've started going to bed at about 11:30, and it's awesome! I can now function! I'm not quite back to awake-ness yet, but... I love being able to wake up and stay up without wanting to die.

'cos that's normal, yes?
