Vespertine by Björk.
The best song on it must be Pagan Poetry, although I think she has better songs on other albums.
Great song though, and I would link you the youtube video but it's rather NSFW so I'd better not.

The album creates a magical atmosphere and everything just clicks.

I really do not have a favorite album of all time, it changes everyday.

Right now The Dillinger Escape Plan - Highway Robbery and the album Miss Machine

Ummmm....Pink Floyd's Animals - Dogs
Nice! That is a very underrated album. Sometimes I think that most people think Pink Floyd only has three albums.

My favourite album is Songs for the Deaf - Queens of the Stone Age, love that album though they're not even amongst my five favourite bands. Favourite song of the album? Probably Go With The Flow, that's certainly the most played off it at least.

great band.

one of Don Anderson's side projects Sculptured is awesome. Embodiment has to be one of my favorite albums currently, Bodies without organs is a great song off the album.

Just a warning, the mods don't like List Threads. However, I'll still bite, since I don't mind them myself.

I don't actually have any favourite album, so I'll just list my entire CD collection and favourite song from each.

Format is as follows: Artist - Album - Song

Coldplay - Viva La Vida - Death and All His Friends
Coldplay - Prospekt's March - Lost+
30 Seconds To Mars - A Beautiful Lie - The Kill
FOB - Folie a Deux - Disloyal Order of Water Buffaloes
FOB - Infinity On High - You're Cracking, but You're No Wave
Kids in Glass Houses - Smart Casual - Girls
Linkin Park - Minutes to Midnight - Valentine's Day
Muse - Black Holes and Revelation - either Starlight or Knights of Cydonia
MCR - The Black Parade - Mama
Nickelback - All the Right Reasons - If Everyone Cared
Panic at the Disco - A Fever You Can't Sweat Out - I Constantly Thank God for Estaban
Panic at the Disco - Pretty Odd - Northern Downpour
Paramore - All We Know is Falling - Franklin
Paramore - Riot! - We Are Broken
Robbie Williams - Swing When You're Winning - They Can't Take That Away From Me
The Ting Tings - We Started Nothing - Keep Your Head
Twilight OST - Mutemath's 'Spotlight'
Phatome of the Opera OST - The Chandelier Crash (finale)

Yeah, I like a lot of music...

My favorite band is the Beatles, but my favorite album isn't even the same genre.

It's an album by J Dilla called Donuts. To be honest, I always listen to it as a single piece (never on shuffle), so it's hard to pick a favorite, but if I had to, I'd probably choose "Lightworks".

Way too hard, I could fill pages upon pages of this stuff. But for simplicity reasons ill, go with.

Scream Bloody Gore - Scream Bloody Gore - Death

The album that started death metal, and one of the best songs on the album. Still sounds as good today as it did 22ish years ago. RIP Chuck.

Tom Waits' Rain Dogs is my favorite album of all time and my favorite song would have to be Clap Hands (or maybe Cemetery Polka but the live version).
