Title says it all realy

What do you think is the best debut album you've heard?

For me i was going back through some old cassettes i had and came across Burn my eyes by Machnine Head

Now ask me tomorow i would prob have a diffrent answer but this one is up ther and right now i'm f'n loving it Davidian Thousand lies and one of my all time greats The rage to overcome

So fellow Esacpists what firsts can you offer?

EDIT
Reasons for thread
There are so many bands I love but the first album never did it for me
I'm looking for pointers to bands i might have overlooked or dissmissed

Ok favorite might have been strong how about a debut that just made you stop and go WOW...that is just awsome

Im a big fan of Megadeth's Killing is my Buisness and Buisness is Good. Its thrash in the simplest of forms, and you cant help but bang your head.

Foo Fighters, by... uhm the Foo Fighters. Perfect amounts of sweet melodies and hard rock.

I don't know that I have a favorite. I'm not much one for favorites. Fire by the electric six was pretty awesome the first time I heard it. Never heard anything quite like it.

Only one i know is come to daddy

Will check it out
SAW is very different from CTD (which is actually an EP). Don't come in expecting spastic drum and bass or industrial.

Another fantastic debut:

Bury Me At Makeout Creek by The Killing Tree is one I like. As is Mer De Noms by A Perfect Circle, The Unraveling by Rise Against, and Swagger by Flogging Molly.

Probably Led Zeppelin . The tracks on it are so incredible for any album, let alone a debut album. This is a great idea for a thread by the way.

This is one of the couple few albums where I've been able to enjoy every song on the album for longer then a week.

Boston's self titled debut album is incredible. Seriously, 35 years after it's release, over half the album is still regularly played on the radio.
