What's your favorite SSBB Character?

I always love using Mario for his versatility and simplicity, plus I've used him since the original Smash Brothers. My other favorite, is Sonic because he's so fast that it's incredibly easy to just dance around my opponents and just generally annoy them.

Fox. I loved playing as him in Melee, and though he was nerfed, he's still pretty good.
Ice Climbers are close second, because two hammers are better than one. Also, I need to learn how to chain grab.

First of all, any of you noobs who play with items in the game, please don't comment about cheapness and why you like a character because of his/her Final Smash. Also those of you who believe that Ike is cheap, or Sonic. Please leave this thread. Also, Pika, Marth, and Sheik are the way to go!!!!

And do any of you play competitively? I'd love to see your reason why you chose your character.

I play Lucas but I do love when Sonic players spend a whole match playing the "mash B" method.

Usually Ike... or Trucker Pikachu (the one with the hat). Haven't played for a while though, so it might be different now.

I ended up going with Wolf, Kirby, and...
Captain Falcon.
I do not spam the Falcon Punch. It's use is only good when the enemy is a hairsbreadth away from a knockout. His Finals Smash is ass, though.

Fox. He's been my go-to character since the first game. I love his speed, I love how quick and powerful all of his attacks are, and I love the yell he does from his up-B special.

It doesn't hurt that he was decidedly overpowered in Melee.

I like to play as the princesses. Zelda and Peach. Zelda's got some power and range, and it's just hilarious when you win as Peach.

Lucario! He's the only character I can reliably win with, though I guess I can play as Meta Knight and Dedede to a fair degree, as well.

I dunno. I guess I just took a liking to Lucario.

I love Yoshi. I kicked ass in the 64 days. I fuckin' hate how crappy he is in Brawl. I main R.O.B now.

Ganondorf, because im kick ass and chew bubblegum with him.

runnerups:

Link, because hes powerful and has alot of chargeables, and i love chargeables. i do rarely use the bomb.

C. Falcon. because hes powerful and freaking awesome.

Game and Watch. hes easy to play he has a high knockback with his blows and he got Da Hammar.

Samus/Zero Suit Samus. easy to play and pretty agile and powerful.

Wolf. hes powerful, fast and he got the wolf-fu.

He's like Kirby in Armor and has wings.

I liked using Ike when I played it, but I kicked what I though was way too much ass with him and played on random for a while. I thought Meta Knight was pretty awesome, too.
