I've said it before and i'm sure i'll say it again...Rockman for the vic 20...best game i ever played! 29 years on and it still looks like fun :)
No relation to Mega man, huh?

Mega Man's name in Japan is Rockman.
Nope...it's the daddy of Boulderdash! 3 years older than Megaman aswell...
I remember Boulderdash! I had a game boy port as a kid!

By sheer numbers of hours I've put into a game the most? Fallout 3. But I actually liked Morrowind more. I'd like to say old hand Final Fantasy Tactics, but it wasn't as in depth as Fallout or Morrowind.

So:

Hours Played: Fallout 3
Most Entertaining: Morrowind

Excellent choices! Can't go wrong with two Bethesda classics.

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

It would take too long to explain why so I won't bother. I loved Oblivion and Skyrim too, but Morrowind takes the cake. I can't wait for Skywind to be completed.

Honourary mentions go to "Valkyrie Profile II: Silmeria" and the Fire Emblem series.

Honestly I'd pick a different game for almost every category one could think of, along with all the categories one wouldn't think of.

Metal Gear Solid for PSX. No other game have I ever played to completion so many times as this one. I've more than likely played better games but something about MGS just does it for me

I haven't really got one game that I value above all else, rather, a bunch of games that I rank above all else:

Star Wars Battlefront 2 (the memories of playing this game with my little brother are some of the best)
Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 (simply outstanding and breathtaking, the greatest Mario games ever in my opinion)
Sonic 3 & Knuckles (the two best Sonic games of all, the series has never managed to better this instalment)
Lylat Wars (Exciting space shooting action will never stop being awesome, like this game!)
Portal (it might be short, but for what you get it really is the perfect length to me)
Pokemon Platinum (It's hard to explain, but to me this is simply the perfect Pokemon game)
Batman Arkham City (again, it's short, but I just love me some Batman and this is one of the best superhero games ever (alongside Spider-Man 2))
Skyrim (I've only ever played Oblivion and this, and I find this one to be much easier to get in to)
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time/Twilight Princess/Skyward Sword (JUST PICK ONE OF THOSE, I CAN'T DECIDE!)
Mario Kart DS (Only here because it's the fist MK I ever played, but the series just keeps improving with each game)
WarioWare: Minigame Mania (The funniest game ever, I've invested hours into it, WW:Touched is a good sequel though)
Super Smash Bros. Brawl (I know of all the complaints that competitive Smash players have, but no other game is such a celebration of Nintendo and it's still a very well made and fun game with countless amounts of unlockable content)
The Simpsons Hit and Run (this has so much thought and effort put into it, one of my favourite childhood games)
No particular order by the way.

The game that I consider to be the greatest ever made, Super Mario Bros., is not one of my favourite games ever, there is a difference.

Sweet Home.

It did survival horror before Resident Evil... infact, Resident Evil started out as a remake of this game. Think about it.

Sweet Home: A naive team of investigators go into a supposedly abandoned mansion to learn more about it, and end up being trapped by supernatural forces, and piece the backstory together through hidden frescos of a late artist.

Resident Evil: A naive team of soldiers go into a supposedly abandoned mansion to avoid wild dogs, while also investigating the surrounding area, and end up being trapped within and learn about its backstory through notes, exploration, and survival.

Except Sweet Home didn't control like shit.

I was getting worried there, with Chrono Trigger not showing up. It's probably my number one game... although I typically like to subdivide into genres, because just limiting it to one seems too stifling. Two of the most recent games that have really floored me are Mario Galaxy, which rekindled my sense of wonder with 3D platformers, and The Last Story, which showed me that action-RPGs can still just be pure, distilled fun like the SNES greats of yesteryear.

It's a tie between Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. What happened to Rare?

For me that would be Metal Gear Solid 3 just because I deeply enjoyed the camo system, characters, combat, and stamina gauge.

Honorable Mentions

Half Life 2
Shadow of the Colossus
Persona 4
Earthbound
Deus Ex
The Walking Dead
Silent Hill 2
Resident Evil 4

Series "Every Game Is Solid Gold" Award: Saints Row 2-4
Missing your own point if you dont include all games, but I guess its because the first one was 360 exclusive and you didnt get to play it, right? Either way Saints Row 1 was quite good at being more then a GTA clone (at the time there still wasnt that "every game is a sandbox game" mentality that is going on now so a sandbox game was still called a GTA clone and compared as such)

OT: TimeSplitters: Future Perfect, TS2 is close but I do think that the third game ends up being more complete as it actually offers the same TS2 gameplay in addition to the more typical modern first person shooter gameplay that is set by default (imagine Goldeneye with the controls of Halo as an option). Its very cool to have the option of tweaking certain gameplay options that end up changing it alltogether for better or worse. The story was also great if even short and less replayable, the game still offered everything else that made the previous game great and more making it my choice (if only more TS1/TS2 maps and weapons were available then there would be no contestent).

Wasn't that game called Out of this World in the US? Or am I thinking of another game?
As I recall that is the US name for some reason, though I couldn't tell you why.

OT: Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles
Resident Evil 4
Metal Gear Solid 3
Bad Company 2.
