The trailers for the DS game "Nanashi no Game." I don't know if Square has any plans to release it in English--they really ought to, because the game is frickin' scary, a lot more than I expected. It's kinda like "The Ring" meets "crazy game developers (with a not-so-subtle message that working too many hours drives them insane)"--there's a cursed DS game that, if you play it, you die within one week. Your character played it, and you're trying not to die, even though you have ghosts--including the ghost of your best friend and her boyfriend--actively trying to kill you. You have to play the 'game-within-a-game' at certain points, and you know when ghosts are around you because the cursed-game will go extra glitchy and the sound will screw up. Honestly, the game-within-a-game creeped me out more than the ghosts-trying-to-eat me bits, because they were waaaaaay more of a mind-screw.

The Mass Effect advert was pretty epic, as was the prototype trailer I seen on live the other day.
The San Andreas "Welcome to the Jungle" trailer was immense, released a few months after its release.

Watch if you dare. This unfortunately for me wasn't aired in the United States, but i believe it was in Australia. I especially like it when one of them calls you a monster.

I really liked the Mercenaries 2 commercials. "Oh No You Didn't" is a catchy song that encapsulates the game very well and I noted it every time it came on TV. Plus, I bought the game, so that's something there.
When this was on TV, I thought it was pretty funny. Looking it up on YouTube it turns out it wasn't nearly as hillarious as I thought it was when I was twelve. It's for Syphon Filter 2.

Ironically, this is a repeat thread. I've seen this before ages ago, so it's OK since it was a long time ago but it's still a staff error

Anyway, on topic: The TF2 'Meet The...' videos were pretty damn awesome. Especially the 'Meet The Spy' one. Easily my favourite game advert for a long time...
