I was such a big fan of the first Far Cry because it had a simple compelling 90's action story..But Far Cry 2 didn't have a story..It had an opening, then I just felt like a small kid with a gun that someone forgot in the middle of Africa..Matt-Sama said:Far Cry 2. Secretely it's an awesome game. Hilarious too. Just look at it like a cheesey action cartoon that takes itself a bit too seriously.
That actually sounds cool, never heard of that one. I'd love to read about it, got a link for me?Kahunaburger said:Otogi and Otogi 2. It's basically if you took devil may cry and replaced all the immature/trying too hard stuff with Okami. Amazing atmosphere. And Otogi 2 has one of the coolest-looking final bosses of all time.
My only problem with Unreal 3 is that it took a game called "Unreal" and gave it "realistic, gritty brown graphics" Beautiful none the less but it pulled me away from the game. I loved 2003 and 2004- the Sci Fi design brought out the best of it (I think). The Hero Killer said:Unreal Tournament 3, it had a wealth of characters and stages. Plus it combined the raw violence of Gears of War with the frantic pace of a FPS. And I loved the Warfare mode.

You will make me smile if you know where that screen shot is from. And of course, Freelancer, blah blah blah, fanboy, fanboy, fanboy.
Yeah but I KNOW it was awesome.B.U.C.K said:I was such a big fan of the first Far Cry because it had a simple compelling 90's action story..But Far Cry 2 didn't have a story..It had an opening, then I just felt like a small kid with a gun that someone forgot in the middle of Africa..
I tried to enjoy it, It had potential but I just couldn't finish it..
Played it, Indeed it has flaws but I understand you completelySaelune said:Two Worlds.
It has its faults, but most of them are aethetic. Hell, after playing so long, the bad dailogue is no longer apparent.
Plus you can actually join the bad guy in the end. (Though neither ending is canon in Two Worlds 2)
Would that be Streets of SimCity, perchance? It has been a life age since I've played it, but I think my memory is still moderately good.Redlin5 said:![]()

Here's the metacritic page for Otogi 2 - you can really start with either one since they basically just have the outlines of a plot anywayB.U.C.K said:That actually sounds cool, never heard of that one. I completely agree.easternflame said:Mirror's edge!
I've never actually played that one, but any game that lets you basically create your own free-form spells is awesome in my book haha.Saelune said:Two Worlds.
