Rejection. That's my worst fear, and it's so crippling...
If we're going into emotions and stuff, my list would be endless. However, the top one is spiders. Followed VERY closely by fire.
I quite like fire, but spiders bug me. Worms too, in fact, anything creepy crawly...

If anyone here watches Primeval (UK Escapists only), then you'll understand that the last episode shown really freaked me out...

Stray dogs. Especially when they take that stance and start barking at me. Luckily, I learned that the best thing to do is to walk calmly and not run like a chicken because most dogs will attack if you make any sudden movements.

P.S. If you have to let your big scary dog run around outside without a leash, please put them in a fenced off area or on a leash tied around a tree. It is not only safer for pedestrians but it keeps your dog from joining the roadkill club.
Being dry humped by a dog........ and liking it.

My body failing me (getting old/paralyzed etc).

This terrifies me, I've honest to god considered shooting myself when I retire at 65 to prevent becoming decrepid. If I was ever in an accident and paralyzed in any way, I'd be on the first plane to any country with legal euthanasia.

Right now, Seminarians. I work in the kitchen of a Catholic-based college, and during Sunday Brunch they always come in after mass with their suits and bad ties, towing their bibles and making me think of them as exorcists, making me feel all judged and guilty. That, and working at someplace with really bad food. Eech, chills up the spine.

Dirty... germs... if you think about it alot you get really obsessed with it, so I advise that you don't... It's too late for me, save yourselves! And for some really unknown reason, my spine breaking. I always worry about that when someone walks behind me.

Oh and on a less serious note, that little man-monster that lives under your bed that tries to grab you when you go to bed so you jump into it and get under the covers because he can't get through the covers... and dont tell me you don't know what I am talking about, together we can beat him.

I was thinking 45, I know it seems quite young but my father died at 44 and my mother has been in a mental hospital... twice. So I kinda have life against me. I figure if I get to 45 then chances are I am gonna be screwed soon anyway, right? But hey, its better than someone breaking your spine... and dirty germs!

My fear would be the afterlife. It freaks the hell out of me not knowing what will happen after I die.

Your not alone.
And apparently neither am I.

My biggest fear, (besides, death itself) is an asthma related death. Asthma, at it's extremes is pretty damn hellish.

And I've always had this strange fear...that I may only exist in someone else's dream, and when they awake, I will cease to exist myself.
