Astoria, Queens was the main filming location for the move A Bronx Tale. In fact, much of the movie was filmed right in front of my building.
Lucky.
At least you don't live where Lindsay Lohan was born.
Yeah, just where David Shwimmer (that Ross guy from Friends and the Wiener Captain from Band of Brothers) and Lucy Lu were born. (think that makes up our famous population.)
I hate that guy. David Shwimmer that is

London? What isn't it famous for?
being good
Go back to 'shit-hole-small-town' or wherever you're from.
since when is a small town a bad thing?

and stop being such a humorless, arrogant twat, all i did was answer a question you asked
Didn't anyone teach you not to answer rhetorical questions?
Oh, and how am I being a 'humorless, arrogant twat'?
You don't know me- you aren't familiar with any of my past threads.

ok how the hell am i to know if it was bein rhetorical or not?

your being humorless because you couldnt take it as a simple joke

arrogant because you think londons amazing compared to everything else ( from what i understood from your post)

also now your saying i have to look up all your past threads to find out what your like? have you ever heard of first impressions

note: if this is just one hilarious missunderstanding then hugs and kisses :D:D
You know what? I think this was a misunderstanding, lets set an example to the rest of the Escapist... hugs and kisses to you too.
aww that was nice haha

My hometown is famous for Bing Crosby, a Toyota pickup truck and having many meth labs.

I'm from West Chester, PA. When someo one who isn't from here hears that, they ask if I know Bam. I say no, they ask if I know where he lives, I say no. They ask if I have ever talked to him, this time I lie and say NO, they ask if I have ever seen him, I lie again and say no, then the conversation continues about Bam somehow.
But we also had Matthew McGrory grow up here, Giant guy from Big Fish, and we have a lot of other stuff to.

Hudson's Hope: Famous for the fossils. That they mostly found a few towns over. Also there is a dam that fort saint john gets the credit for.

Come for the... absolutely nothing, stay because it's the most wonderful place ever.

I was born here. That will be hugely important later. Just wait.

My town of Leominster, MA is famous for being the birth place of Johnny Appleseed, and at one time it was the plastic capital of the world.

My home town Nanjemoy (Indian for haunt of the raccoon, not kidding) is famous for being one of the most boring places in Maryland, its about 30 min of driving to get to ANYTHING.

but i do live 30 miles from Point Lookout state park which was in Fallout 3 latest DC so its kinda cool in that respect.

It isn't near a stream, it is part of a pond
and it has to be falling perpendicular to the ground in order to be considered a waterfall, complete with some, albeit small, amount of foam
