I just took an on-line IQ test on the BBC website and scored 87, Go Me! (sarcasm).
Along with your own score, feel free to say how much relevance IQ score has on ones occupational prospects and there life in general.

I did the National IQ test thing when I was 14 and got 170, Although it was obviously completely wrong I have decreed that I shall never again do one again, as it is too awesome to correct.

I think I got 109. Not sure if that's totally correct, but there you go.

I took a battery of IQ tests as a nine-year-old (Mensa invited me in, my old man 'politely' refused on my behalf) and it was 147.

Then, took a few to amuse myself a few years ago... age and IQ don't correlate: 159.

And yet, I still feel a total twit... and I don't think IQ has anything to do with either cooking or bug farming.

Let's wait for the cavalcade of geniuses and super-geniuses that will post their scores they got from who knows where.

I had to take one for a certain for my job recently (among other tests). They didn't tell me the score but I got the promotion.

Well I see where this is going...

"Iq tests aren't a measure of intelligence"
"Mensa blah blah"

Also use the search bar.

My IQ was measured at about 127. The whole system is based on general intelligence, not apptitudes, for instance I scored high in the grammar and math sections but completely bombed in the logic q's. The idea is assertain basic aptitudes in general areas and to show waht areas (if any) you excell in. But truth be told most modern educational systems test you more on your ability to memorise and regurgitate (mostly)useless information. If you take the time memorise a bunch of useless facts you can get into a better school and possibly a better job than someone who scored 200 but didn't open a damn book to revise their course work.

Never taken one, though I assume it must be high as I got within the top 0.5% of the non-verbal section (basically IQ) of the CATs test candiates at school, don't really want to know to be honest though, it only measures certain types of intelligence anyway.

IQ scores become irrelevant and useless after the age of 10. IQ scores are meaningless. The score I got on my last one was 143.

I took an official IQ test once and I got 155 on mine, people are always saying I'm smart, it's just a lack of motivation that makes me not study or try to work at all :/
