If the kill is really good (like in BC2, shooting the pilot of a Blackhawk in mid-flight with a marksman headshot) I cheer and shout things like "Oooooh my gods did you see that?!" to...well, no one, as I game alone.

Two Words : Spartan Laser
I have a few for sniper kills.
"GUNNED DOWN FROM DOWN TOWN!" or "RUN DOWN FROM DOWN TOWN!" either one flows off the tongue very well.
"Thats how you reach out and touch someone" (Stolen from army snipers)
"Boom Goes the Dynamite...." (This one is used for explosives kills, or if I am sniping I will add "And by "Dynamite" I mean "Your Face"" on the end of it.
Occasionally I pick up a "Yahtzee-esq" voice and say: "Lets see how many bullets you can catch with your FACE!"
EDIT: Oh almost forgot "Oh Im Sorry, did that kill you? I didnt see it, I looked away for a second..." or something to that effect.

"Where'd your head go?" -sniped in the head
"Bad idea, friend..." -Sniped while target was chasing an ally
And, of course, "Checkmate" for times when I've forced an opponent into a particularly bad situation which forces the ensuing explosions to take out not just them, but everyone around them.

Well, I don't have a mic right now. But if I ever get dominated in TF2, when it says GAMER NAME is dominating Captain Fantastic(Me) I type: "I disagree"
If I'm frustrated and I finally get a kill, I'll scream something to the effect of "Suck it, *****!!!"
