As for a specific one liner for the situation provided, it'd probably be quoting Vegeta, saying "Welcome to the end of your life, and I promise you it's going to hurt."
For everyday one-liners, one time when I was playing MW2 online, the enemy team was about to take a part of the map to flank us. I ran in with my Spas, going "One does not simply walk into Mordor!". Needless to say, they didn't take that part of the map.
Also when I snipe, I tend to go "Quack!" after every sniper kill. Reliving the good old Duck Hunt days. If I'm playing with a group of friends, I tend to say "Hey(insert name" before taking them out with a headshot.

I'm a big fan of Koei's Dynasty & Samurai Warriors series so I usually just quote one of the characters' uber-hammy victory lines or True Musou attack phrases (imitating their voice as closely as possible, which I'm actually rather good at).
Things like Kanetsugu Naoe's "I have slain another in the name of justice!", or Xiahou Dun's "Just another victim," when I'm feeling ridiculous.
If I'm really owning the fights I inevitably end up quoting Lu Bu ("Can no one provide me with a decent challenge!?") or more likely Nobunaga Oda's epic emotionless drawl, "It's. . . . . . . . just. . . . . . that. . . . . . simple," or angry yell, "You dare to oppose me!? Then you dare to die!"
In the unlikely event I get a headshot (I don't play alot of shooters that often. . . or well): "Boom! Headshot."
