Don't ask.
Penn Jillette?

Penn Jiwho? I am sorry I am not familiar with that.
Also one of my many moves is saying, Yeeaaaahh.. just to turn around, roll my eyes and pretend to vomit.

Not too subtle, but very effective nontheless.
Penn Jillette. The speaking partner of Penn and Teller. They do a magic show and a TV show called "Penn and Teller's Bullshit". I swear I've heard him say "Jesus Christs Monkey Balls" on more than one occasion.

Seriously?! :O

And here I was, believing that I was actually the one who thought of it first.

Never heard of the show though.

Bugger...

i had use to say uh, like and other forms on that but i had broke myself out of that because one of my teachers in grade ten would deduct any mark from our oral presentations if we used filler words.

but i think i have from time to time have echolalia.

So, honestly, it seems, basically, that I have like a metric fuckton of errant verbal patterns.

But the one that people use that piss me off the most... "the (adj) that is (noun)". As in, "The awesomeness that is Katamari."

I had a bad habbit of ending sentences with the phrase "or something."
I do this a lot too. I'm rather non-committal in my verbal conversations.

Another one of my over-used phrases is "God Fucking Damnit" in a deadpan sort of voice. Nearly totally emotionlessness while spouting profanity is a quirk of mine.

If one of the three overwieght guys that sorta-kinda hag out in the cluster of regects I assoiciate with are in the room, I'll refer to them as "*****-Tits" rather than dredge up a name from the bowels of my memory.

Probably my biggest verbal crutch is my sarcasm and coarse speech. People don't even comment on my casual prickishness anymore.

Randomly replacing one/several words in a sentence with the corrosponding English word (when speaking my first language Swedish).

Usually when someone suddenly says something to me (like i might be doing something else and then somebody says something to me) I always say "what?", even if i hear it i always slip it out

When I explain things, I tend to say "basically" way too freaking much, even if the explanation is not basic in the least (like in a discussion with my friend about Quantum Mechanics).

Also, my typing crutch is that, in chatrooms, I sometimes find myself putting ":p" at the end of every damned sentence, sometimes even when I am being serious, I really lose my tone when I do that, so I have to catch myself often. :p

...Damnit...

It's becoming the word 'pum'. I know it's gobsmackingly immature, but I can't help but throw about a little pum-pum in my sentences.

I say 'sure' a lot. One of the quirks of the Irish accent.
What is the longest you've gone without being on probation, just out of curiosity?

OT: I uuummm, aahhh and errr my way through the day, it annoys everyone including me.

This too, so much.

EDIT: Also, over the past few days, something that has repeatedly come into my head is "cock donkey" (Cookie for reference)

I say "Ya know what i'm saying" and "You know what i mean" all of the time. It bothers my girlfriend to wits end.

Here are a couple I've heard now that I've been thinking about.

"All intents and purposes" and "per se".

Funny how you notice these things when you think about it.

I have this odd verbal tick where if someone says the words 'New Moon' or 'Twilight', I start screaming uncontrollably.

I clutter; most sentences will start out fine but if they go on for too long, I can only say "errr...", "ummm", "you know", "fucking..." etc.

I use "zeg maar" a lot (in Dutch). Sometimes twice in a single sentence. Usually I don't even notice it, but when I pay attention to it I feel like a retard because I really say it constantly.

Not entirely sure how I'd accurately translate its meaning in English... :(
Well according to Babel Fish is means "but say" but that is a literal translation :)
