I hadn't really thought about it but mine has to be "anyway". I don't know why, but when I'm nervous or just babbling on I use it like it's punctuation. Also "like" but what I hope is to a lesser extent and not too annoying.
Interesting topic.

I finish a lot of my sentences, where i'm disagreeing with something, with the word "but" instead of starting with it. For example
"Hey man, you comin out tonight?"
"I would love to, i'm workin tonight but"

Quirk of Scottish slang.

When I need a pause to think I usually say "Oh how can I put this?"

Also as a Canadian, I do tend to say "eh" more often than not in the course of casual conversation.

I say 'uh' a lot, but when I say it, I pronounce the u somewhat like an e, so it sounds like ehh some of the time.

I exhale when under stress and say "ne?" instead of "right?" I don't even know what "ne" means.
It means you are a closet weeaboo.
A what?

Don't even joke about that. I've seen those people.

Added on from my last list, I tend to swear or just speak German (or swear in German).

When I've run out of things to say I just go "meh", "shpleh" or "meauugh". Unfortunately this is usually the cue for a victory dance on the other side of the argument. I also wave my finger and go "Nimnimnimnimnim" to get the other side of the argument's attention while I try and form sentences.

Another really odd verbal tic is the explaining voice. Everyone has one (tiny children all have the same one), but mine is a really broad accent of some description. "Ye getcher x, an ye times it by y, an then, ooo, that's where me muffin went, but ye gotta flip it round liike so, an then ye gotcher solyution."

I also refer to people as "it" or "that". It started off as a friendly insult and is now a full-blown verbal tic. Crazy world.

"If you ask me"(or some similar version). Almost all the time when I'm saying what I'm thinking of something/someone(which I do kinda often), I always start the sentence with "If you ask me".
And swear, jebuz monkeyballs, I love swearing. But I rarely say just one swear, the more you can string together, the better. :)
