Well I start at a new job tomorrow.

I'm cycling there and back, about 4-5 miles each way.

That should get rid of this food baby I've been cultivating :D
Hurray for Daystar no longer being a bum.
AS for me: Doing some martial-art routines.

The closest I come to a workout is watching videos of naked girls doing aerobics while I touch myself/stuff my fat face

With about 10-15 minutes of stretches before, and 5 minute stretches after, I run between 6 and 10 miles, 5-6 days a week, 40 miles a week. Ill also walk a quarter mile to and from work twice a day (Soon it will be more like a mile and a half either once or twice a day). I also walk on the job, and I walk everywhere I need to go. I really need to get into some strength stuff, but I'm not really sure what to do without weights besides pushups and situps.

I do chest twice a week right now and my development is quite satisfactory.
I'm currently doing 2 work outs then a cardio day (x2), then Sunday off.

I don't measure my workouts in a time length. I get what needs to be done in whatever length of time it takes to do it. When I reach physical exhaustion or complete have done every possible exercise I can think of for that particular muscle group, I'll end with abs and/or cardio if I'm up to it.

I definitely put on weight quite easily and need to do cardio in my bulk-up phases.

Skating on ice for loads of hours a week (including actual drill training), walking to and from work and dog walking I guess.

Off-topic, but grats on getting a job! Does this mean we're likely to see less of you now? ;)

15-30 mile cycle a day depending on how I'm feeling, if it's shorter then trying to keep close to 20mph, but if longer then about 15-17mph.

Then on a Saturday or Sunday, 30-60 miles

I walk to and fro classes, usually going up or down stairs.
Other than that, nothing really.
My metabolism keeps me thin, at around 57 kilograms (125 pounds), which is rather thin for a seventeen year old male, I think.

I'm on the rowing team at my university so my mornings are consistent while my afternoons vary.
Mornings are a 16km row (usually) from 5:30am to 7:30am
Afternoons often include a mix of:
- 60min in our rowing tank
- 45min cross-training
- 30min weights
- 60min on a rowing machine

Tai-chi-chuan is mine. Between 30-60 minutes of various exercises, always started with a good 20 minutes of the standing/tree exercise (which has a proper name I can't remember). After that I will do 48 rotations around my dan-tien(inner core/stomach energy area) 24 each clockwise and anti-clockwise. Then I just do other random things depending on what I need to practice (which is everything) so I might do some kicking exercises, some silk reeling (an exercise, not actually reeling silk =P), some of the beginning forms (which I simply can't remember the name of, annoyingly).

I'm still new so I am for now just practising the same techniques to get the hang of them, but I will eventually be learning some weapon forms (spear/staff, sword) and many other meditation and martial abilities. Well that's the plan anyway.

I'll also occasionally do some boxing/fist-fencing with my brother, who loves an excuse to lay into me =P

....I wrote so much more than I expected for an exercise thread.

I work on two 4-Day splits, one for resistance training and the other for cardio, usually do my cardio in the mornings and resistance in the evening. Resistance splits are; push day, pull day, legs and everything else, I'm after both strength and muscle endurance so I end up doing hyper-trophy sets. For cardio I alternate between swimming and running.

Nothing too fancy.

I bike to and from work, get home, benchpress gas station sandwiches into my mouth, then fap vigorously.

It's called "the neckbeard regiment".

My workouts are not traditional or on a schedule for that matter.

I love go power hiking to the top of a beautiful trail, enjoy the sights upon arrival, and then blast down the mountain in a spectacularly dangerous fashion.

Nothing gets my blood pumping like that.

Im blessed to live near a good number of not only awe-inspiring but physically challenging mountain trails.
I'm that way lately too, though I had gained a lot of weight and only recently came off an insane amount of exercise daily (after a week my abs still feel like fire.) and I'm now at a steady and healthy 12 stone 4 pounds. Still losing too thanks to hiking a lot and eating much better than I used to. Also a lot less booze.

It probably does, but don't worry, I'll catch up on weekends.

Won't that mean you'll show up to work all sweaty and gross? Or are there showers at your new job?
Nah, as you get used to cycling you wont break a sweat or whatever. I used to cycle 16 miles and back multiple times a week (32 miles in total, i live in a small town near our capital where i need to go). Only times i got a bit sweaty was when there was a lot of frontal wind or when i was wearing clothes to shield me from rain.

Home workout:

An hour of circuits:
Press-ups/Diamond Press-ups/Close arm press-ups
Sit-ups/Crunches
Burpees
Leg raises
Triceps dips
Pull-ups

Followed by a 3 mile run, with an 8 miler alternating.

Free-weights at home:
Shoulder press
Military press
Bench Press
Triceps dips
Over-head Triceps dips
Curls
Lat raises
Bent-over rows

Doing that 3/4 times a week seems to keep me in top shape.

I mostly focus on one part every day. I do 6 exercices, 4 sets of 10-12 reps or a few of 6-8, but with higher weights.

I try to keep myself on a schedule.

Monday: Leg day
Tuesday: Back day
Wednesday: Pecs
Thursday: Shoulders if I feel like it or cardio (Now that I think about it, I used to do more abs during shoulder day).
Friday: Shoulders if I haven't done it the day before or biceps and triceps.
Saturday or Sunday: Cardio day and the other one can be a rest day if I feel like it.

Loss about 10-15 pounds of fat. I also feel more confident.

As a few other guys on this thread I dig the Crossfit. Myself and my buddy generally work off their main site's workout of the day.

Tuesday Thursday and Sunday is generally martial arts as well. Training for a competition at the moment so its sprints on Saturday too. I am permanently tired.

Looking forward to two weeks time after the comp I've got borderlands 2 and Specops: the line all ready and waiting for me planning on doing nothing but them and couchtime to get my fat back :)

I get up and walk to the fridge.

In all seriousness, once or twice a week I go out to walk around for a couple hours. Sometimes I go biking, but that's not very common. I also do a little bit of sword practice, which doesn't really teach me any kind of actual swordplay, but it's a bit of a workout, and it's fun. I don't do anything more than that, though. No dedicated fitness routine or anything.
