Oh i planned for this, heres a step by step plan of my course of action
1:call a few buds and gather family

ack all we need for survival, flares, flashlights, food, drinks,
3: assemble all weapons we could find (baseball bats, axes, chainsaws(although not the best choice because Chainsaws aren't meant for cutting flesh, just wood) knives etc.)
4: get a bit wasted (hey sometimes thats what you need to take on anything)
5: head out on foot or by car to near army base close to home (yes i now how to get there).
6: when we get to the base, ask to come take refuge, help the army out, ask for guns they could spare or if the army won't allow us to come with them we will head home.
This is another option to take before or after the plan above.
1:board up windows and doors
2: get as much water as you can (exp. full tubs full of water) just in case they cut off water supply
3: settup camp upstairs with all we need
4: have a backup plan, if zombies were to break in, to destroy the stairs
5lan out night watch schedules
6: wait for rescue and hold off for as long as we can trying to make minimum noise until then.
and some things we will take into consideration
look out for suspicious stuff on news (IE missing people, strange outbreaks)
and weapon maintance, repair and keep track of your guns and stuff like that
