When did you last laugh out loud during a game? (at a point when you're meant to)

Half life Episode 1: I hear a zoombie sound while in the under ground parking lot, I turn around and shoot into the darkness. Alyx appears laughing and says:
"Sorry, I couldn't resist."
I laughed for the next twenty minutes.

Portal: Glados: "Didn't we have some fun though? Remember when the platform was sliding into the fire pit and I was like, "Goodbye" and you were like "NOOO WAAAY" and I was all "we pretended we were going to murder you" That was great..."

In fact all of portal now i think of it.

The first time I heard Minsc say "Go for the eyes, Boo! GO FOR THE EYES!", I had to pause the game for a few minutes because I was laughing so hard. Plenty of his other lines have made me smile at his insanity, but nothing can quite match up to his stunningly awesome battlecry.

I don't normally laugh during games, even if they are genuinely funny; I'm not sure why. But there was one moment in a Thief cutscene where Garrett, master of the Stealth Hi Bye [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/StealthHiBye] gets it turned around on him by Artemis. Brilliant.

When I was free of the issues of marriage in Fable 2. God that made me laugh with relief that I no longer had to buy money for a family. However my wife had to take my daughter when she left too. The *****, doesn't even give me visitation rights for my own kid.

Also I remember there was this crazy glitch in Dead Space (can't remember the specifics) that caused all the enemies to get stuck. Things like that often make me laugh.

Portal was a hoot too. And again anything Wrex said helped ease the tension in Mass Effect, same goes to cute Ben Carmine.
