I actually lol'd at that line for like 2 mins, I forgot about that line! Cole-train's awesome.

The last scripted funny i can think of is the timesplitters last boss line "im never eating calamari again"...But a lot of my Lol's from games are usually from the people im playing with, not the actual game.

Well I laughed today whilst playing L4D with my mates when one of them managed to make a pile of about 15 explosive barrels and petrol tanks explode all over himself by shutting a door and crushing one of them. Pretty sure I was meant to laugh at that, and I'd like to think the devs purposefully made doors destroy explosives just for that very moment.
