Ever tried forklift truck simulator (yes, it's a real game)? That was great fun! Or not... (In fairness, I haven't played it. It might be good)Flamespeak said:If you don't enjoy the hobby, you can always try something else. I can usually find something fun to do with almost any game I play. (Except for Trigger Man, which is quite possibly the worst game ever made in the history of time. It would be a close call between that and Big Rigs). Not saying all games are great, but if you really think that most games are shit, then maybe you should pick up a different hobby that you find more enjoyable is all.Mad Stalin said:well yea seems about right seeing as most new games are complete shit with ridiculous prices and costly dlc
But yeah, that's pretty much my opinion. Games are fun, whether digital or otherwise. And, as I said in my last post in this thread, 'casual' and 'hardcore' don't mean anything as definitions of games. All games are casual - you sit down, enjoy it for an hour or 2 (or more), and go do something else for a bit. To define a game as 'hardcore' seems to imply that it will impact upon the rest of your life somehow; it ceases to be a casual, enjoyable way to spend the time.
