Where did you get your username?

From a misread song title. For those of you who must know, it's "Brain Cleaner (Replay)" From F-ZERO GX, I misread it as "Brain Cleanser" due to the lights of the track and my own silly, silly brain.
I thought it sounded cool, so it stuck. And even works on PSN. *Headshot* "You've just been Brain Cleansed!"

War Penguin was the name of a cartoon I was designing. I think the story was pretty well described in the title: There are penguins and they fight each other. Brilliant, right? Well, yes, it did on paper. The final product, on the other hand, was a different story. Still, I got pretty attached to the name, so I kept it as my own little title.

... And also because I'm a penguin... with weapons.

About.... holy crap over 10 years ago now. Looking for a new user name as I was sick of having mine taken. So I grabbed the dictionary and started looking. And well I found it, kinda liked it, and now I never ever have troubles with other people using my name. In fact never come across anyone else that uses it. So if you see someone around with this user name you have a 90% chance it will be me!

I moved my dwarf Rogue in WoW from one server to another and the name "Gheed" was taken, so I searched up a cool sounding German word again. I liked the word Sturm, meaning Storm, so I checked what dagger is (since that isn't something you commonly talk about with your parents). It was dolch. Combine the two, you get Sturmdolch. Storm-dagger!

And I've been using it since then, replacing my previous moniker, Greedo. That one was from Star Wars and I'd used it since I first used the internet.

I actually have no idea where it came from. I can imagine the impracticality of a chrome warrior but at least they'd be able to reflect the sun into their enemies eyes. Oddly enough, I don't really like chrome. The XIII is just because I like roman numerals and like the number 13.
