I'm still waiting for a Grand Theft Harbour, like the April fools joke a few years ago...

Somewhere in Canada. you'll have to fight poler-bears and hockey fans alike while dodging moose as you speed down the main street of some out of the way town. A mission to assassinate Bieber could be worked in easily. Toss in some trash talk and drugs and you have a game!

Long as there are tanks, and fun, I dont care where.
As for the female protagonist thing, I like making my characters, and after playing Saints Row 2 at my friend's behest, I actually really like alot of how they dealt with it. Just would like to choose a bit more on how my character is. The SR2 protagonist liked drugs too much for my liking. (I liked Tommy's dont use the product style better)

London Clone, with a Guy Ritchie-esque Style

Belfast Clone, or a Warzone/Post Warzone-Setting, with Random Battles or even Bombings happening between the Factions

or what chris_ninety1 said, European-City Mashup. Set it in Germany and one could visit the Pißwasser Bottling Factory ^^.

Just something that was never done before (with London being the exception, although i would be happy with other British Settings)

The goddamn world !! Or at least a "bigger" part of it, like Europe.
It would be awesome to travel from here to there on a huge map.

Just imagine, if you want to go to another country you'll have to go to the airport (which would be realisticly populated), buy a ticket and stuff, and enter the plane.
Of course the flight itself would be skipped, but all the stuff around would be awesome. What if you wan't to smuggle drugs? Hide them in your bag with the risk of being catched by the security or police.

I got the idea from "Blow", just to mention

New Orleans would be pretty cool. Killing random pedestrians is fun and all, but imagine mowing down alligators out in the bayou as a little break from all that city killin'.
Aw, ninja'd.
My suggestion is either Toronto or Montreal. Or both, like San Andreas. There are large amounts of ethnic diversity in both cities, they're acutally pretty much microcosms of the entire world with representations of cultures from literally everywhere on earth. And they're configured differently from a city like New York, so it would look a lot differently
Throw in Vancouver just for the hell of it.

Mars.

Okay here is my reasoning before I sound stupid.

On Mars you could put up areas that are designated by domes and you could be stopped and unlock them some way. It could also explain the instant 4 stars if you go into one. Also Cars are cool. But A Mech being customisable would be epic. Wide body trim Bigger guns etc

And hey its not the US which is getting a little old. especially for our non-American players here :)

I would love to see a next gen Vice City. And this is in no way related to me wanting to live out Burn Notice fantasies.
Me too. Although, personally, I wish there would be another GTA set in the 1980s, except with current gen graphics.

And if that doesn't work, then I'd hop on the England bandwagon too.

They should definitely get the cast of Snatch to do the voices for GTA London II. And the cast of Football Factory.

As long as it doesn't involve having American voice actors voice the cast, I'm fine with taking it out of the USA. However I don't really see a reason to.

They need to do San Andreas again with next gen graphics and physics and such.

GTA 4's Graphics minus the grit and Greyness.
But add San Andreas humour and customisation... plus Aeroplanes!

Well, in about 60 posts, I'm sad that there's no mention of Australia.
Leaning out the window, doing drive-byes of kangaroos and avoiding drunk ferals in the city.
Sounds fun eh?
Also, go skydiving in the middle of the desert, and land about a complete game day from a city.
