I would burn the clothes and any ID, bury the remains of the ID and any other possessions in an 8 foot grave 500 km from the city where I live, feed the body to some pigs, then take the feces of the pigs and use it to fertilize the garden of a person that could be plausibly framed for the crime in case I am investigated.

I'd put them in a vat of lye (Sodium Hydroxide, preferably concentrated) then throw said vat in the oven for a couple hours. Then dump the result in a nearby river/pond. Would put it down the drain, but that would probably end up destroying my pipes.
