So yeah id cut the bodies up in pieces, put em in big bags, put stones in the bags and then throw them in the ocean.

also id dump em like really far into the ocean where no one is diving.

The best way to dispose of a body is to put it in the trunk of a car, and have a spare tire under it, then set it on fire, the metal in the tire will extremly help in the disposial of the remains.

Just one body? Who cares, dump it in a ditch or something.

That bullshit magic CSI crap on TV is way overblown, just don't do anything to make yourself a suspect and you're fine. If you plan on becoming a serial killer it becomes a little more important, because they can start looking for patterns, but even then simply burning the body will destroy any evidence that could link it back to you.

In reality, they figure out who the murderer is first, then use the body to find material evidence for the trial. The most important thing is to not look like a murderer. Hell, even if they do find some kind of evidence they still have to figure out it's you to compare it unless you did something stupid like leave your drivers license at the scene.

Since I wouldn't leave any trace and would ultimately be the least likely suspect of any murder, I could just leav my victims out on the street like some kind of grotesque sacrifice to ancient gods of murder and violence.

Well, I've read a lot of stuff about various serial killers and murderers... Apparently burning the body completely, breaking apart all the bones with a sledgehammer and then hopefully hiding them somewhere inaccessible is an almost foolproof way to do it.
