Edit: OT, I'm white/Hispanic. So I'm not sure where I would fall... I'm part of the majority, and also part of the minority.

im a Catholic in the Republic of Ireland so i suppose im a majority.

So yea up north im majority by 60% roughly.

as a matter of fact i have several protestant friend. after all Napper Tandy was a prot and he was a good man who fought for Ireland freedom.

Likewise my friend. I go to an integrated school, we banter about some really sensitive issues all the time, no one really cares anymore.

ah yes school.... my experience was also quite um how should i put it, Crazy. region and race played a key role in school when i was younger.

Heh, white guy living in Hyde Park, Leeds. Would that be majority or minority?

On the one hand, I live in a large student area (naturally, being a student...), so I'm sort of a majority. However, there's a large Asian population in the area too, so I'm sort of a minority too. I guess in Leeds I'm half and half...

Back home near Birmingham though, I'm definitely in the ethnic majority. I live in one of the white areas of what's ironically known as the Black Country...

Ahh but guinness gets a different spelling after a few pints. Being Irish im sure you have lots of red head friends with a large cleavage and a love for dancing! :-D Though after listening to the Dubliners everyone gets a love for dancing.
