Neither. I only have my Xbox (not 360) for Soul Calibur and GTA:SA.

360 because normally loading times are better, multiplatform games run better on it, I like the controller better, and I'm a achievement whore. Only problem is that every 360 I get possess a dormant form of cancer that pops up at the most inopportune of times.

PC!

But when I go console, it's 360 all the way. Sold my PS3 simply because I didn't use it because of my 360 and my Wii is well. A Wii.

Out of the PS3 and 360 I generally go for the 360 version of most games. It sounds like the most horrific Bethesda glitches happen on the PS3 versions of their games for example. I'm a single-player kind of person so even though PSN is free, I save by not being subscribed to XBLG. I hate how when you get a PS3 game you have to install it onto the Hard Drive...every time. Between installation, updates, etc it seems like you have to wait an hour or more before you can play your PS3 game whereas the same game on the 360 can be popped in and played instantly. Finally the controller...I know I can get third party controllers on the PS3 but...eh...

Now that the Wii U is out though, I've been grabbing games on that. I already have Arkham City and Mass Effect 3 on the U with plans on grabbing Ninja Gaiden 3 and Darksiders II eventually, also on U. I liked achievements but playing the U has kind of started to ween me away from caring about them.

ok i own a playstation 2 and a gaming pc.
my ps2 is mostly collecting dust while i game primarily on my pc. i don't own a current gen console coz the price is still too prohibitive. i will get my a ps3 when it goes to about $150 and the games themselves become much cheaper coz i really want to play all those awesome ps3 exclusives am missing out !!!

If the PC version is crappy, I get the PS3 version, mostly because my 360's disk drive is horrible. I honestly prefer playing games with a 360 controller, but I don't prefer it enough to put up fiddling with the disk drive for 10 minutes just to get the damn thing to sense that it actually has a game in the tray. :p

I've got a PS3 and a PC, but my PC is recently acquired so I haven't run into this issue yet.

I suppose it'll depend on the game, really.

Bought my 360 first, four years ago, and a year later got the PS3.
Hardly touched my 360 since. Prefer the PS3 in every way... except for the controller.

I jumped on PC after having numerous issues with 360, I've always played games on PC but now I pretty much stick to it unless it's some sort of exclusive or party sorta game: Playstation All-Stars Wii sports etc. But even then there's a number of multiplayer games that are now on PC and given there's a wider range of controller support on PC that makes that easier than the consoles currently here.

That said nothing beats the feel of a actual Genesis,PSOne, SNES with the actual system.

Handhelds: Vita, PSP, GBA-SP+ all get equal love, because they all rock.

I have PC and PS3, and I play my games on the PC where it is possible. There are more than enough console/ PS3 exclusives to justify the existence of my PlayStation though.

None! None consoles! Ah! Ah! Ah! (Count von Count laugh, flash of lightning, crash of thunder)

I'm 37, soon to be 38 and I have never owned a console. The closest would have been the ubiquitous C=64, but that was a PC through and through, I even had GEOS for it.

Xbox for exclusives, shooters and flight sims like Hawx or Ace combat.
PS3 for fighting games in general and hack 'n slash.

Also I look at comparison before making my decision, for the best framerate and the least screen tearing issues... blah blah.

Playstation 3. I own both because 36 has many games I want to play that are not on the PS3. I'm just used to the PS3 controls.

I slightly prefer the PS3 over the Xbox. I like the controller better and it has a blu-ray player.

I mostly play PC since multi-platform releases are almost exclusively western developed games and I don't play western developed games on consoles. The only exceptions are the vast MMO market. Why did the japanese industry have to get cold feet on translations? It's great that X-Seed and Atlus are translating some games, but then the titles I generally want to buy never seem to make it to shore, like Final Fantasy Type 0 and Valkyria Chronicles 3. They do realize that the only reason consoles are relevant is because they have games released for them that are worth playing, right? No one is going to buy a damn Vita if they aren't releasing games for the Vita that people want to play.

...crap I just went on rant mode again.
