The Nova Prospekt Combine prisonguards from Half Life 2 are the shit so I'll go with those (If i don't have to buy everyting myself ~_~ )

The Pyro from TF2 is a good candidate as well.

Less good candidates are the Terran Marine from Starcraft I/II (It's going to cost ) and the TCTF Assault cop from the game Oni. Armor looks bad-ass but also rather bulky and heavy.

Both require that look of immense self-satisfaction and awesome jackets, don't know how I'd do Nero's devil bringer (the blue, stretchy and glowy right arm) and Rebellion strikes me as an easier sword if I had to make it.
