Which game do you think started Teabagging in shooters?

I want to say Halo, what do you guys think?

It probably started before it, but with Halo being as popular as it is (or was, if we're talking about the first one), then it was probably Halo that spread the trend around.

it origionaly started in popular PC shooters like Counter Strike. but Halo was the one that made it popular.

interestingly ive only every been teabagged once in BFBC2...

it was made popular in halo due to xbox live but I was doing it in goldeneye splitscreen multiplayer over 10 years ago

I have to say though, I prefer Call of Duty where instead of just teabagging you cna lie down and rape the corpse. YAY!

Really now, thanks for the info, but seriously, the big question is....Who was the first to say "Hey if I crouch down repeatly on the corpse, it looks like I'm humping it"

Halo might not have been the primogenitor of that annoying tradition in the sense that the first incidence of teabagging was inside Halo, but it is definitely the game that "created" teabagging as a word in our collective gaming lexicon. Halo and douchebags go hand in hand, and only douchebags teabag. It's a natural synergy of stupidity.

That's not raping the corpse, if the enemy doesn't see you in it, its tactical camoflauge
