Pokemon Snap.

Seriously, I would buy a brand new Nintendo console if it had Pokemon Snap 2, I mean there's over 600 of the damn things, and I loved taking photos of the 40 or so they had on the N64
Didn't even think of that. I'd love either a 3DS re-release or a brand new game.

Psychonauts. Apparently Tim Schafer is now interested in making a sequel, but no publisher is interested in taking it on. As much of a cult hit as it was, its sales weren't terribly astonishing, and a lot of its popularity has come from pirating. And popularity is nothing to publishers without the guarantee of money attached to it, unfortunately.
That's so sad, I would really love to see a seuqel to it. It was the first game I bought on Xbox Live and I would have bought it on Steam too if I had had my xbox 360 controller receiver at the time. Hopefully he will get it made. That game was awesome.

I want to see a sequel to Skies of Arcadia. Sega takes a few years between announcing that they're going to make it, but after announcement it always gets very quiet and it is forgotten until the next time... I even got a few suggestions on things they should do...

A sequel to the Banjo Kazooie series. I have loved every installment in the series (the GBA version never happened) even Nuts and Bolts which most seem to hate like the plague. I would love to see another installment. Rare, Microsoft, if you do this for me I will never ask for anything again *puppy eyes*.

Dungeon keeper 3.... i still fail to understand why, with the lack of imagination of the game industry, none as already taken DK back to life...

Psychnauts 2. Maybe the second one would work out the bugs. Sadly, it will not get made because Double Fine has a crippling fear of success and money.

Kingdom Hearts 3

No Square Enix, an infinite number of handheld games doesn't cut it. You ARE going to have to finish the story line of one of your most financially successful franchises. Get over it and just do it already. I do not want to be playing this thing on a f***ing PS4. Just make it.
This.... this... It makes me seethe with anger every time they announce another tangentially related handheld title.

Could use with a sequel to old PS2 Federation vs. Zeon Gundam game... one of the only ones to make it here that was worth playing. Darkstalkers would be grand. They are not exactly a sequels, but I can think of a handful of titles that never made it out of Japan that I would like... Nintendo... I'm looking at you.

Wow going over these comments it seems most of my choices have been taken. Well played, internet. But there is one that is suspiciously absent, that I absolutely loved and haven't seen on here.

Killer Instinct.

I probably sunk more quarters into arcade machines playing that game than any other, seriously. And I own all the console versions. Killer Instinct Gold was my fav of the series, back on the N64. They keep saying they want to make it, they should just MAKE it and stop talking about it.

Also there is one I haven't seen mentioned on here, and that's probably because it was an old indie game that very few people actually played.

J.D. Spy.

That game... words cannot express how that game made me feel. I was just a kid when I first played it but it literally blew my mind. It was very VERY difficult, but I went through it anyhow. A sequel for that would be so great. I do believe J.D. Spy is freeware, and I encourage you to find and play it.

I mean how many games crash on you when you first boot it up, but the crash is much more than it seems...

Seriously, Pokemon Snap 2 was literally all I could come up with.
Make it HAL.
Do it.

A sequel to Star Wars Shadows of the Empire(Dash Rendar!) would have been cool or really any Star Wars game would make me excited provided it wasn't an MMO. Also sequels to Freedom Fighters and XIII would make me very happy.

The Longest Journey.

I swear, I've never been hit by a cliffhanger hard before this.

For me it's mainly Lost Odyssey. I was hoping it was going to be the new non-Squeenix Final Fantasy (it's made by the same guy that directed the Squaresoft ones, and it has the same music composer, and playing Lost Odyssey generally really reminds you of it), but not many people at all bought it, so they decided not to make any more of them. I was very sad. ._.

Mercenaries 2. Never happened...

Seriously though? I'll go with the crowd and say Star Wars Battlefront 3, and Timesplitters 4. And XIII (XIV?).

Though on a personal level, I'd say a proper PC sequel to Crimson Skies, made by Zipper interactive who did the first one.

Van Buren. Oh, Van Buren...

Also the Warcraft adventure game, that they had a trailer for in warcraft 2, or starcraft, or diablo or something. Looked awesome.
