You gotta go with the ending of Modern Warfare 2 ... try getting stabbed and taking the knife out of your chest and still tryin got achieve a perfect aim at someone's eye.

That would get you killed for sure.

Or else you can go with the other scenes like the snowmobile ride, running around the streets after a post-EMP blast, climbing mountains with a pair of ice picks ... etc

I like the humerous responses, but have there been any games that, after playing, you were dumb enough to say "I'd like to go out and try that!" like how I enjoy buildering because of AC2?

Not really, and I think it goes against the idea of gaming (to experience what you couldn't do in real life without the repercusions). I guess there might be a game so realistic that you think "this is not so farfetched, I could try that", outside sports games, but I doubt it wouldn't be as much fun.
While your effort to learn buildering is commendable inspired by Ezio, I hope you realize you might never be good enough to climb over the sistine chapel.
