Anything that involves a rapper, any of the twilight movies, anything that involves unnecessary gore and is not even remotely scary (looking at you, Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street!) and Disaster Movies in general.

I'm barely making it through Grave of the Fireflies right now. I get that it's supposed to be a really good movie, but it's so sad, and I already had the ending spoiled... I just can't do it.
Oh thats such a good film though. Real git that the endings been spoiled though, made me cry like mad.

off topic but, nice avatar.
I just finished it, and, wow. That was really good. Sad, but good.

Also, thanks. I love the kodamas lol

this one's a little paradoxical--on one hand every student and curious cat in the world should watch this--on the other hand anyone who has seen requiem for a dream knows what i'm going to get at.

Oh, and sports movies, as they are usually terrible.

Saw franchise - it's dumb and senseless
Aren't all films?

I am a bit of a saw fanboy but it's down to the fact they are better than every single horror movie ever.

All other horror movies (that I have seen) have one killer and a bunch of teens, after a really predictable hour and a half (mostly consisting of girls screaming) one or two of the "victims" escapes. Just look at the classic "legendary" horror films Freddy, Jason, Michael
Myers and Leatherface all the same film ... then comes a horror film with a "this could actually happen" attitude with a really good story (and ALOT of twists) and you snub it.

Theres also the gore factor, which other films cant touch. most films are like prototype, theres gore but it's quite mild but saw is like manhunt, your going to cringe.

Even the worse saw film is 10 times better than any other horror out there.

On topic, I won't watch Harry potter, Will Farrell, fantastic mr. fox, high school musical, Micheal Jackson, paranormal activity or Twilight

High School Musical or any of its frightening offspring.

Anything related to Twilight.

Anything related to Michael Bay.

Anything related to Hannah Montana or her split personality.

Musicals...period. They infuriate me to no end. In fact, infuriate isn't a word strong enough to describe the way having a musical shoved down my throat makes me want to take someone's life.
I had an English class in high school where the teacher shoved a bunch of shitty 50's and 60's 'teenage' musicals down our throats, I would have set her on fire if given the chance.

Also, I refuse to have anything to do with the much aforementioned Twilight garbage. Disaster movies, because they're really all the same. Sports movies for the same reason. Anything with Sean Penn because he's a sanctimonious hippie. Anything with Will Farrel because he's just a highly functional retard that got discovered. Anything with Michael Douglas because he's a hypocrite. Overall I'm really picky about what movies I'll watch.

I don't think I'm into movies enough to make refusing to watch one a viable form of protest. If I don't watch a movie, well...it's because I didn't feel like watching that movie. Maybe the plot doesn't sound interesting, maybe I have other things to do, maybe I just can't be arsed.

I mean, I guess I'd refuse to watch the Twilight movies, or the Setzerburg films, or what have you. Partly because I've heard they're terrible, partly because I just don't care.

Anything related to Twilight, and I mean anything.

Anything wearing the tags 'Romance' or 'Romantic comedy'. These are the ones that bore the ever-living outta me and usually end in the same, boring, 'could see that coming from miles away', way.

Anything sports-related. (With the exception of Radio. That's the only sports-related movie I actually liked.)

Anything that's made a franchise out of itself. (I'M LOOKING AT YOU, SAW!)

Anything to do with Disney/Pixar, since both of them have gone down the drain and started making crappy movies.

There's more I could list, but it'd take up my time.

Standard "Twilight" answer goes here. Anything romance, comedy (including parodies), ESPECIALLY romantic comedies, also drama. And whatever is popular with high schoolers - Napoleon Dynamite, Juno, Twilight, Saw, Bruno, Borat, Team America, etc. After the enormous shitfest that was the ending of The Village, I've also sworn off of Shyamalan.

Actually, I could just say "everything except horror, fantasy and science fiction." The only films I'm looking forward to right now are Jim Cameron's Avatar and The Hobbit.

Anything with Paul Walker. I can stand every movie out there except anything he's in. I refuse to watch Uwe Boll movies in theatre, but I love watching them on DVD because you can turn on the Director Commentary and listen to him ramble on about how great his movies are and how much he doesn't like Tara Reid.

I can stand Twilight just fine. It's a terrible movie, but laughably so and there's a hell of a lot worse movies out there. I'd rather sit through Twilight again than Transformers 2, even with a riff track.
