Why does someone think that when someone is "homeless" they are "poor." You do realize that someone can be homeless and still have money. I have known some people to do this by choice.

Dr. Manhattan could create big piles of platinum and sapphires so we would all be super rich forever. But we might not be able to convince him of this plans merits and if he created precious metals and stones every time some one needed money the law of supply and demand would make them all worthless. So Rorschach, he could threaten everyone to save their money and eventually pay off all of their dept so we can have more credit again.

Gordon Brown is the most successful exchequer we have ever had in the UK.
