i dried it out overnight and it stills whenever i play it. it was a collection of retro games.

When we moved into a new house (this was maybe 7 or 8 years ago) my brother found an old NES in the basement. It worked, for a while. I had fun playing SMB 3 and Kirby's Adventure.

i found a car.... Buried. in the middle of a forest. Inside a thicket of trees so tight it could not have been squeezed between any of the trees. Old trees too. I'm thinking maybe Dirk Gently had something to do with it.

I found an iPod Shuffle lying in some bushes the other day. I think I need something to put songs on it (besides iTunes) because I can't figure out how to get the horrible music off of it. I don't even know if I want to keep it since it's hot pink and I'm just not a hot pink type of guy. I could use the money too.

Fortunately, my family hasn't figured it out yet (or they're too polite to tell me).

I found a Street Fighter II cartridge in one of my dressers once... no idea where it came from. I also found a Sandman action figure in a playground sand box... go figure.

I found a Slinky and some dominoes at a forest preserve today.

Was it in a little container with GPS coordinates? There are these little things called eco-something-or-others that record how many people pass through an area and what they might have on them. The person, upon stumbling upon the container, writes on a slip of paper who they are and the date. They also right what they are taking out of the container, and what they are leaving. You take something, and you leave something. It's rather interesting.

OT: I found a hole full of hundreds of years old artifacts, but that doesn't really count, since I was on an archaeological dig.

Also, about a month after I moved into this apartment, I found a pill on the floor. Apparently it was for diabetes.

And then when I was digging in my backyard as a kid (I did that a lot. I was a bit of a strange kid) I found a silver quarter from 1961, I believe. Or maybe not 61 but it was a silver quarter just buried under like a foot of yard.
