I hate violence as a general rule, but sometimes it simply has to occur to get your point across. An adult cornering and physically assaulting a small child is one of those times.

I want to to very carefully read what you just wrote. If you still dont understand why your origional post is wrong then you never will.

If this is indeed a foreigner in China as suggested, I'd just like to add that I went to China at that kid's age, and I found them to be lovely people on the whole. Very patient and kind, introduced me to a whole world of interesting food.

What, are you depraved? He's an 8 year old who made a mistake at his age, which I doubt anyone here hasn't, and he got extreme physical pain and trauma. There's a humane way of teaching people, and maiming isn't it.

My point still stands that it is not. America is neither a country or a continent. United States of America is a country and both North America and South America are continents. If anything America would refer to both North America and South America.

When was the last time you called people from the USA "United States of Americans"? America is a very general term that refers to a lot of things (but primarily the country). Being picky about what's 100% proper doesn't change the fact that people like to shorten things.

He broke the law in China and was punished accordingly, you may not agree with it but people need to realise that not everywhere on this earth is like where you live.

I've done some research on the video, and some are saying that the boy stole from a gang in China, and the members were punishing him. I've found no evidence to support or deny this, but it did come up a few times. But unless we find someone who speaks that particular dialect, we can't really be sure.

Why does it matter if I point out their race? It doesn't change whats happening. Yes, typically Chinese parents are stricter on their children, but isn't that a little far?

If you watch near the end of the video, there's an elderly woman laughing and pointing at the boy.

Why is this act any different from if it were a white group, or if the victim were Chinese?

Also the video no longer exists, might want to fix that.

How is that even remotely racist? He wasn't implying that Chinese people by nature crush people's hands. He was talking about the nationality which equals not racism.
