Who are the most irritating characters in your favourite games?

As much as you like to think you couldn't possible say anything bad about your fave games you have to admit they always contain characters that you would personally enjoy seeing their head on a pike, so who are they? In which games and why?

For me it has to be Vaan in FF12, Semour in FFX and the dumb ***** who lets all the zombies in to save her "beloved Madonna" in dead rising (Cannot remember her name.)

Also, I have a feeling that Navi is going to come up a lot.

I can't really think of one for myself, but probably any AI characters that get in the way. All. The. Damn. Time.

Early on in Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, you have to activate the palace defense mechanism by doing this little puzzle. But the minor character you meet who tells you how to do it, holy crap. He shouts everything and has some kind of really obnoxious cockney accent. As you're solving the puzzle, he'll suddenly shout out "THAT'S IT, YEH'VE GAWT IT!" In a game that's supposed to be set in the Middle East.

I'm happy that he gets killed right after that. Spoiler alert.

OT: For me, it would have to be Carmine. While Gears isn't necessarily my favorite game, that rookie pissed me off to no end.

Yuffie stole all my fricking materia and left me to fight across an entire freaking island with no magic or special abilities whatsoever. And Cait Sith... I don't even think I have to explain that one... stupid cat...

No, that's not it. I was actually happy when she died.

I actually liked Carmine(s) but the reason it annoyed me, was they always get killed.
It seems stupid to add a character into the game just to kill him off without a real reason..

And GOW is supposed to emphasize team work and squad play, yet the DomBRO and MarcusBRO spend half the game making jokes about the kids dead brother, and about how he will probably die.

but this is what I get for expecting anything plot wise from GOW
