Who are the most irritating characters in your favourite games?

I'm playing crimson gem saga and I call the elf chick, "Boobies" because that is all she is. The game also has the drunk old man who harboring a secret and the young over-achieving hero that believes in the power of love!
the stupid young hero thing I see everywhere and it annoys me. I would rather like to play an rpg where the main character is retired sergeant from the navy who has twenty+ years of experience who isn't starting from level one. This guy has come home to witness chaos and tries to bring things back to order. Now I have a character that kinda of makes sense to the storyline. This dude is starting at level 20 and has more than a old stick to his name. {this is just an example, not directly related to the story in crimson gem}
I understand why girl characters that exist to show off their breasts,thighs,hair,etc... it help brings young males into buying your game. But couldn't you give me a good reason why a seasoned thief/fighter would be wearing nothing more than a bikini into battle?

The Jackal in FC2 for not telling you he wants to be your BROSKI right up front. Also the PLOTTWIST involving your buddies. Marty, why you do this.

All of the main characters in UT3. Nothing beats going back as Matrix and rocking the s*** out of the Ronin. :|

I WANTED TO DROP KICK THEM BOTH INTO HADES.
Also basically any lead male and female in any Final Fantasy game over 7 (Except for Aeris and Zidane, they're cool) because all the males are like "ZOMG IM EMOOOOO DONT COME NEAR ME *angst*" and all the females are like "IM A PRETTY GIRL WHO CAN'T FIGHT AND HAS LOVE FOR ALL OF THE CREATURES EVEN THO THEY'RE TRYING TO KILL ME HEEHEE".
I realized that's basically Lloyd and Colette but they earn extra points for being all of the above and still making me want to murder them. The FF characters are at least bearable.

I hate this little girl WITH A PASSION! She made me quit playing the game by the time I managed to suffer through her constant habit of talking like an emotionless doll and finishing EVERY sentence with "'kay" for an ENTIRE planet, only to find that she occupies the majority of subsequent cutscenes in the same repetitive fashion for at least the next two planets. I found myself wishing for the advent of Project Natal simply so I could choke the little monster.

The two girls from Ninja Gaiden 1 and 2 who wouldn't put out, no matter how much Ryu deserved it. EVERYONE FROM LITTLE LAMPLIGHT...sorry, I put so many Experimental Mirv shots into that place using god mode when I finished those quests. I know I couldn't kill them but it felt good to at least try.
Albert Wesker from resident evil,he died before and he keeps coming back like herpes.In resident evil 6 they will probably say that he survive or had a clone
Well half-life 2 is my favourite game ever, and I can't really think of anyone irritating from that. But need I remind everyone...shudder..."Hey Niko, it's your cousin!" Every time I hear that asshat ring me up for the gazillionth time a bit of me dies inside.
Kaiden in Mass Effect, his voice... makes him sound... it just grinds my nerves like nails on a chalkboard.
