Yes I know it sounds dirty, I don't want to hear about it.
But he is a good detective. Not only does he solve cases using quantum mechanics and mapping out the interconnectedness of all things, but he scams old rich ladies out of thousands for trips to Jamaica to find their cat they lost 19 years ago.
You can't say he's not smart.
