Who did you always catch in Pokemon?

No matter how many times you played the original red and blue version, you always caught this particular pokemon. I always caught vulpix. No matter if I did not use that creature I somehow felt I must always catch one.

Growlithe, then I had to raise him to 55 before evolving him.

Nidoran, practically every game I started with catching Nidoran first. In the end, Nidoking would usually end up as my HM Pokemon; Surf, Strength, he could do them all.

Pikachu, the dugtrio in the diglet cave, spearow because he's way more badass than pidgey and all of the legendaries.

I always catch an Abra and get it to an Alakazam, my favourite Pokemon. I hated having to trade Kadabra over to make it evolve though.

Yellow: Dugtrio, without exception

Crystal: Wooper, the happiest Pokemon with no arms

Ruby: Electrike, my electric type for the E4

Leafgreen: Same as Yellow

Diamond/Pearl: Played it differently each time but I always ended up with a Psyduck

Heartgold: Hoothoot for some reason

White/Black: Oh wait, that isn't out yet

Snorlax, pikachu who turns into a raichu when I get a thunderstone, cubone, staryu...I'll usually have at least one or two of these on a team then the rest are different.

Everything. A real ***** though wandering that small forest trying to find a Caterpie and a Weedle AND a Pikachu. But having a metapod and kakuna that can attack is a good thing.
In the origional, maybe Abra. Mostly in memory of the greatest pokemon I ever had (an Alakazam I got to lvl 100 without cheating from a lvl 8 Abra caught above Cerulean)

I must always fucking catch a Zubat. Simply because their evolved forms are awesome, and they always wind up as my flying mounts for some reason.
