No, I didn't.

But i'll definitely get it for PS3, once I get access to one again. I'm not that into mods, and I doubt my laptop could run it on lowest graphics without lagging, so the fact the the graphics are better on the PC version means nothing to me, since I don't have a top of the line gaming desktop.
Once I have access to a video game store again, (damn these third-world countries withe their abundance of fascinating culture but lack of "civilized" things such as over-stocked video game stores! :p)I'll either get it immediately, or wait for the price to go down.

I'm sure it's a great game and a potential predecessor in the series, but I've made it my policy to NOT buy a game full price, ever. 700-500 crowns is far too much, since my budget relies around 5000 crowns, and it can go away FAST!

Except if it comes from Blizzard. God I love Blizzard. I'm their *****.

Next to the Square-Enix cult of Final Fantasy, It's been a while since I've seen so many people in one forum criticize people's disinterest in playing a game. If you like your Elder Scrolls game, that's fine! May you be content in all of your Skyrim endeavors. I'll say this much: Elder Scrolls fanatics are not going to convert people into playing Skyrim by insulting those who show disinterest. If you want to sell someone on a game,

1) point out the good: sell this game for all it's worth. Point out what you like about it, what improvements were made, what stayed the same that you like.

2) concede to the flaws: No game is perfect. If you disagree with this statement then you really aren't going to like #3. The thing is, the good should outweigh the bad, if you feel you need to clarify why something was done a particular way that others don't approve of, then do it. Just don't treat the person like an inferior or condescendingly.

and 3) shut the fuck up about how stupid someone is for not liking your brand of game. You're just asking to pick a fight where which has no end that makes anyone involved seem childish and off-putting. If steps 1 and 2 fail, then guess what? Chances are insulting the person isn't going to convert them to your line of thinking.

I didn't buy, because I don't fucking want to. How much more reasons do you need? I've never liked RPG's so I doubt I'll like this one.

The game looks amazing, but the sad truth, I've never gotten a chance to play Oblivion D: so I feel like I should play that through before I jump into Skyrim.

I'm waiting until Monday to see if I can grab a Collectors Edition of Skyrim. Although I won't be able to play it until I get a new computer...

Nope :p I'll likely wait until Christmas and see if i can convince my grandparents to get me it or i'll buy the ultimate edition when it comes out. Because we all know that's going to happen and it'd save me a bit of cash.

I did not buy it. I might later though. It looks interesting. Maybe I will like it as much as Fallout 3 or New Vegas.

I didn't, for the main reason that I wanted to check out the reviews (namely Gametrailer's one) and see how it was. Now though, I can't afford to buy any games for at least a month or two because of paying off something I shouldn't have paid off, and now I need to pay £800 for a Uni module by myself. Shit is getting serious for me :S

I didn't due to the fact that I neither like or hate the game, I'm just not interested.

Besides I'm waiting for Assassin's Creed Revelations, really want to see what happens after brotherhoods ending.

It looks pretty good (except for animation and combat), but not day-one price good.

I'll snap it up when the price drops.
Good luck with that then, I checked the price of MW2 and it hasn't really budged an inch off full price.

You really had to make a thread for this? Really? Just to tell us you didn't buy something because you don't like it? I didn't buy a mars bar today. Why? I don't like them.
What exactly is a Mars Bar? M&Ms are made by Mars and yet I can't find any of their bars here. I assumed they're either big in or, exclusive to the U.K. and would really like to try one...unless they're just a bar of chocolate and raisins in which case screw that.
A Mars bar is a nougat and caramel bar covered in chocolate. They're by far and away the most popular and well known chocolate bar in Commonwealth countries.
In the United States, the Mars bar is marketed as a Milky Way bar.

I haven't bought any videogames in a while, and skyrim has never interested me. If I did get it though, it would be when the price goes down.

I wasn't going to buy it, but I've been extremely lucky on lottery scratch-cards over the last two days, winning £50 on two of them. I couldn't think of anything else to spend it on, plus I had a £10 coupon to use up.

I want to buy it, but sadly I will try and wait for the Complete edition to be released next year. All the awesomeness of dlc is wasted on me when I have to play it either in chunks or long after I have beaten the game or put serious hours into it.

By the time I got that one dlc for fallout 3 which increases the level cap, I just didn't want to play it anymore.
