Who died in your suicide mission? (ME2)

I only had like, two loyalty missions done on the first play through and SOMEHOW only Legion died...

Mordin died in my first play though
noone died in my others
i'd done all side quests and loyalty missions, aswell as purchased all the upgrades, so i think it was just bad luck that mordin died the first time

Mordin on my first playthrough, even though I had 100% loyalty.
No one on my second and third playthroughs.

first one? kasumi and Zaed, I didn't do their loyalty, DLC cannon fodder ftw. And I dun goofed, and chose thane as the biotic expert because I thought they would be in my party, when I actually wanted Samara, so Garrus died... I nearly cried, I was physically reaching for him towards the screen. And finally, Miranda died because I didn't do the loyalty. So, only 1 character I cared about. Oh, and the 3 crew mates, because I'm horrible. And no deaths on my second playthrough.

Third Playthrough: (Mixed Paragon/Renegade): Have not yet completed the Suicide Mission yet.
No one. I got lucky, then I found a guide someone worked up that explained all of the variables.
My first run on the suicide mission, I lost Thane, I used him for the vent part, and he got through that okay, but he died later, although I feel like he died because I made him go in the vent. I also lost Jack, probably because I chose Miranda over her when they were fighting because I didn't have enough paragon points at the time and I was romancing Miranda so I had to choose her.
On my second playthrough I made sure I kept everyone alive and I am thinking about going through ME1 and ME2, a couple months before ME3 comes out, and setting up the file I want for my first playthrough of ME3.

I'm going to do that. Very worried about the arguments, my characters are never pure paragon/renegade, but a mixture of both, so I feel I'm going to be screwed.MellowFellow said:
On my third playthrough everyone survived, on both of my first playthroughs either Tali or Garrus died and I restarted.
Nobody... I actually did all the loyalty missions and pay attention in who suppose do to what...
