who else is sick of waiting for HL2 ep3?

As annoyed as I am with HL3, I'm more annoyed with GW2, especially since the beta was supposed to release two years ago. And then it got delayed till the day [i/]Twilight[/i] will be considered a masterpiece.

Exactly, it'll be a massive dissapointment. They're probably updating the graphics for it or something, and all the characters will look different. Maybe they can give them all comical hats like they did with TF2 to anger people even more.Onyx Oblivion said:

You can't complain about it. It's not like they are just watching TV and ignoring TEH FANS. They are making games! They are busy with actually doing something. If they will make Portal 2, you will buy it and you will fucking love it! So what are you complaining about?
Half-Life is my favorite video game franchise. I know that Episode 3, like every other game in the franchise, is going to be fantastic (and this is in large part due to the fact that I don't expect Valve to deliver the literal word of god just because this game has taken a long time to come out, like some people in this thread seem to). But you know what? I'm waiting. I don't mind. It's not like there's not a billion other things to do out there. It's not like I have to be bored until it does come out.

I'm going off of an uncited source here, but I think Valve's motto is, "A delayed game is only late a couple years, a bad game is bad forever."

Valve has to meet unrealistic expectations with Episode 3. People want the game to be incredible, so they are spending a lot of time creating it. But now everyone is whining for them to release the damn thing. Will you guys just make up your minds?
Me? I can wait years without it. I know that it will come eventually, and it will be all the better for it. I also know that the second they show a trailer for it the wait is going to be 100x harder, so I'm glad they haven't shown much.

one of the things that worries me is that as was mentioned that duke nukem forever crowd was also waiting, i just hope that it doesnt also become something like that where we wait for ever only to have it never come out. meh just hope that doesnt happen
Never really liked half-life, I have respect from the sidelines, but thats it. Thankfully, Ep3 is one less wait.
