I got me a couple of dumbbells at home that I use to work out. It takes a little imagination, but I can cover most of the muscles that matter. I also try to take my dogs for a run everyday. To top it off, I do some jujutsu, although our group has been on summer break for a while now. I can't make myself care about the belts, to be honest. The coach is always pushing me to take the exams, but I'm having a blast just doing what I'm doing now.
I used to work out a lot more during my military service, I'd hit the gym with my buddy on a nearly daily basis. I've been letting myself go in the past couple of years, and I'm getting myself back into shape at the moment. I have to say, it's really easy building muscle if you've been buff in the past. It's not like I'm building muscle, I'm more like returning it to it's original, glorious form. ;D
In the past, my financial situation was in the pit, and I used that as an excuse to not work out at all, as I "had no money for it". Now I've been working out for free for months, and I just can't see the point I used to make at all. I even saved up for those sweet ass dumbbells, and it took like two paychecks to clear that one up.
